Freeman Hayes, 56, of Sedalia, born December 21, 1946, in Westphalia, Kansas, son of Arthur Glen and Carolyn Becker Hayes. On March 26, 1973, in Las Vegas, he death by a son, Mark Anthony Hayes
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel with the Rev Dr. Donald Allcorn officiating.
Pallbearers will be Bob Durham, Jesse Vansel, Robert Tylar, Jack Herndon, Charles Kincaid and John Sandy.
Burial will be in Crown Hill died Monday, June 28, 2004, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
She was married to Billy L. Hasty, who Cemetery in Ellington, Missouri.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
Mitchel C. Hartley
Mitchel Carl Hartley, 94, of Sedalia, born December 11, 1909, in Pattensburg, Missouri, son of Alfred Lee and Anna Persinger Hartley. In 1935, in Troy, Missouri, he was died May 31, 2000.
Mr. Hartley was a United States Army veteran of World War II, serving from 1941 to 1945. He was a staff sergeant in the 571st Air Service Squadron in Egypt.
Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Chester Hartley, and his wife, Edith, of Columbia; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Loyd Allee, of Sedalia, and Virginia Wyrick, of Eldon; a brother-in-law, Earl Hosey, of Eldon; and a nephew, Kenneth Williams.
He was predeceased by five sisters, Cleo Hartley, Pearl Meyers, Alfi Acie Womelduff, Avil Hulet and Bernice Crabtree.
Graveside services and burial will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest died Sunday, April 11, 2004 at his home.
He was married Violet "Vi" Fowler, who survives of the home.
Mr. Harper was of the Methodist faith and was a life time member of Veteran of Foreign Wars Post #2591. After he graduated from high school, he went to California with his father to work in the gold mines. Later he joined the Army Air Force serving during World War II. Mr. Harper was a carpenter by trade, doing finishing work on new buildings and homes. He had lived in Sedalia since 1954.
Survivors include his wife, Violet "Vi" Harper, of the home; a stepson, James A. Farrar, of Dadeville, Missouri; a half brother, Robert Harper, of Iowa Park, Texas; a half sister, Betty Volosin, of Rolla; four step grandsons, James E. Farrar, of Fair Grove, Dennis Farrar, of Boca Raton, Florida, Steven Farrar, of Springfield, Missouri, and Kenneth Farrar, of Desoto; and five step great grandchildren.
Graveside services and burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2004 at Greenwood died Monday, March 22, 2004 at his home.
He was death by his parents; and a sister, Velma Hansen.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Ron Marsh officiating.
Pallbearers will be Charles Brandkamp, Vince Kowalewski, Larry Parker, Earl Lawson, Lance McDonald and Tom Kerr.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2591 and Ladies Auxiliary and the American Legion Post 642 and the Ladies Auxiliary.
Burial will be in the Missouri State Veterans died Thursday, April 10, 2003 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
She was died when she was only 2 weeks old. On August 11, 1957, in Sedalia, she died September 2, 2001.
Mrs. Gulick was a member of the United Church of Christ, where she was past President of Church Women United. She was also a member of Flat Creek Extension and the Nurses' Association. She worked at Bothwell Regional Health Center for 8 years. She was a regional county health nurse for several years and worked for Dr. Lowe for 25 years, retiring in 1988. She was a 1943 graduate of Pilot Grove High School and a 1945 graduate of Deaconess Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She had lived in the Sedalia area since 1947.
Survivors include a niece, Deanna Atler of Colorado Springs, Colorado; two nephews, Gary McDaniel and Larry McDaniel, both of Kansas City, Missouri; several cousins, including Oscar Meisenheimer of Pilot Grove and Herman Meisenheimer of Smithton.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, April 12 at the Immanuel United Church of Christ at 4th & Vermont in Sedalia, with Rev. Nancy L. Tanner Thies officiating.
Pallbearers will be Darrell Meisenheimer, Kenneth Meisenheimer, Rusty Lane, John Cornell, Steve Barnes and Wayne Baslee.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 11 at Heckart/Gillespie Funeral Home.
