Dorris Lucille Wilson
Dorris Lucille Wilson, 85, of LaMonte, Missouri, born September 19, 1918, in Newton, Kansas, daughter of Harvey Andrew and Ruth Ann Huffman Unruh. On September 19, 1936, in Claflin, Kansas, she was died in 1995.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of the First United Methodist Church in McPherson, Kansas and the United Methodist Women. She was a homemaker and made her home in McPherson for 48 years, before moving to LaMonte, Missouri in 1994 to be close to her daughters.
She was loved by many who knew her, and until her death, however, the stars shine brighter.
Survivors include a son, Ronald Wilson, and his wife, Kathryn, of Pisgah Forest, North Carolina; three daughters, Karen Madsen, and her husband, John, of Oak Grove, Missouri, Suzann Wehking, of Littleton, Colorado, and Dina Crawford, and her husband, Dale, of LaMonte, Missouri; a son-in-law, Richard McMains, of Fordland, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; a brother, Jack Unruh, and his wife, Donna; a sister, Helen Lehman, of Newton, Kansas; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in Cemetery in Newton, Kansas.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Crawford, Tim Madsen, Terry Madsen, Kenneth Wehking, Stanley Wehking, Shawn Wilson, Matt Wilson and Ben McMains.
Visitation will be held one hour before the service Friday at Petersen Funeral Home.
Edna M. Wills
Edna Marie Wills, 80, of Sedalia, born March 13, 1923, near Nelson, in Cooper County, daughter of Edwin and Myrtle Parker McMullin. On November 20, 1949, in Sedalia, she died Saturday, Feb. 7, 2004, at his home.
He was married to Dixie Lee Loftin, who survives of the home.
Mr. Williams was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He worked as an electrician and truck driver before his retirement. He was a member of the Emmett Avenue Baptist Church.
Also surviving are a daughter, Taressa Fox, of Omaha, Neb.; a sister, Margaret Cusick, of Sedalia; a brother, Eldon Williams, of Sedalia; two grandsons and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by an infant brother.
Graveside services and burial will be at the Missouri State Veterans died Saturday, July 31, 2004 at Lake of the Ozarks near Camdenton.
He was death by his maternal grandmother, Helen Worsham.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 3, 2004 at First Baptist Church of Sedalia, with the Rev. Ron Poehlmann and the Rev. Harold Nicks officiating.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Williams, Alonzo Williams, Terry Worsham, David Banderman, John Lawson and Andrew McMullin.
Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Morgan, Hank Stratham, Tommy Lewis, Joey Zeisset, Aaron Harper, Daniel Titus, Travis Weems, Shane Weems, Rick Neal and Enrique Gutarra.
Burial will be in Hughesville High Point died Friday, August 13, 2004, at his home.
He was married Marilyn Jean Illig, who survives of the home.
Mr. Williams was a member of First Baptist Church of Houstonia, where he served as an ordained deacon, a Sunday School teacher and sang in the choir. He was a former member of the Hughesville School Board, former Trustee of Southwest Baptist College in Bolivar, Missouri and Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship. He was a member of the Sedalia Knife and Fork Club and enjoyed attending the Sedalia Symphony. He was at one time part owner of the Sweet Springs International Tractor Dealership. He was a hog, cattle and row crop farmer in the Hughesville area all of his life.
Mr. Williams had a passion for supporting various missionary programs and spreading the Word of the Lord. He valued education dearly and made sure all of his children were able to go to college.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Williams, of the home; two sons, H.A. Williams II and David Williams, both of Hughesville; five daughters, Jacquelyn Reierson, of Labadie, Missouri, Janice Lawson, of Madrid, Iowa, Linda McMullin, of the home, Rebecca Banderman, of St. Clair, Missouri, and Anita Hanks, of Kansas City, Missouri; nineteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and a brother, Rolland Garnett Williams, of the State of California. He was preceded in Cemetery.
Friends may call after 12:00 noon Sunday, August 15 at the Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Anna L. Wilhoit
Anna Louise Wingate Wilhoit, 89, of Olathe, Kansas, formerly of Sedalia, born June 5, 1914, in Pettis County, daughter of Charles A. and Claudia Mary Woodward Wingate. On April 17, 1943, in Sedalia, she died December 9, 1994.
Mrs. Wilhoit was a member of First Christian Church, where she was active in Group 9. She also belonged to Sedalia Chapter 57 Order of the Eastern Star and Flatcreek Extension Club. Ann lived most of her life in the Sedalia area. She grew up on the Spring Fork Stock Farm six miles south of Sedalia. After she death by two sisters, Marie Lewis and Ruth Wingate; and a brother, William Wingate.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 5 at the Heckart/Gillespie Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Russell Willoughby and the Rev. Don Crenshaw officiating.
Pallbearers will be Brad Skaith, Glen Webb, Louis Gero, Fred Harding, Mike Harding and Larry Lewis.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, February 4 at the Heckart/Gillespie Funeral Home.
