DONIPHAN -- Mildred Helen Webb, 78, of Doniphan died Monday, Dec. 2, 2002, at Three Rivers Healthcare-North Campus in Poplar Bluff.
Mrs. Webb was born March 22, 1924, in Herrin, Ill.
She was a member of the West Point Pentecostal Church and was a housewife.
On July 12, 1945, she married Frank Webb in Berdette, Ark.
He preceded her in death in 1980.
Survivors include two sons, Bob Webb of Dexter and Daniel Webb of Orlando, Okla.; three daughters, Debra Bolin of Carthage and Juanita Camper and Rebecca Cora, both of Doniphan; one sister, Betty Hampton of Collinsville, Ill.; four brothers, Bob Wells of California, Raymond Wells and Arthur Wells, both of Herrin, Ill., and Bill Wells of St. Clair; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the Oak Grove Cemetery with Richard Mayham officiating.
Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan is in charge of arrangements.
Helen Kimes
JACKSON - Helen Nora Kimes, 72, of Cape Girardeau died March 28, 2001, at Jackson Manor Nursing Home, where she had been a resident since October of 1998.
Mrs. Kimes was born Nov. 1, 1928, in Poplar Bluff to Vera Beights and Walter Val Smith.
They preceded her in death along with one brother, Walter Smith of Santa Rosa, Calif.
She was an employee of Montgomery Wards in Poplar Bluff for many years and was the owner of Park Lane Shoe Store from 1974 to 1980.
On July 28, 1945, she married Walter E. Kimes in Pocahontas, Ark.
They divorced in 1979.
Survivors include one son, David E. Kimes of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Linda Sue Mangels of Cape Girardeau and Penny Del Vecchio of St. Louis; one sister, Sue McGowen of Mascoutah, Ill.; one brother, Luther Smith of Farmersville, Texas; four grandchildren, Chris Gullette, Brian Gullette, Cory Mangels and Kaeli Kimes; one great-grandson, Stephen Gullette, all of Cape Girardeau; three nieces, Bonnie McBurney of Opelika, Ala., Denise Henley of Farmersville and Pam Smith of Euless, Texas.
McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson was in charge of arrangements. No services were held.
Juanita Mosley
DEXTER -- Juanita L. Mosley, 82, of Dexter, died Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2002, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter.
Ms. Mosley was born Nov. 19, 1920, in Cooter.
She was a member of the Dexter Church of Christ in Dexter.
She was retired as a strawberry packer for Naturipe in San Jose, Calif.
Survivors include two sons, Gerald K. Mosley of Dexter and Ralph A. Mosley of Los Banos, Calif.; three daughters, Peggy L. Rangel and Muriel D. Dirden, both of Dexter, and Patricia A. Duvall of San Martin, Calif.; two sisters, Barbara Stearns and Gloria Blough, both of Dexter; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. tonight at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.
The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002, in the funeral home chapel with Kevin Lawrence officiating.
Burial will follow in Dexter Cemetery.
Eldon T. Cooper
DEXTER - Eldon T. Cooper, 84, of Dexter died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2001, at his residence.
Mr. Cooper was born Jan. 25, 1917, in Zadock and was an alderman for the City of Dexter for 20 years.
He was also the owner of Cooper & Sons Auto Sales in Dexter.
On Aug. 30, 1940, he married Georgia Irene Bailey in Advance.
She preceded him in death June 29, 1984.
Survivors include one son, Thomas E. Cooper Jr. of Dexter; one daughter, Marilyn Brown of Dexter; one brother, Vernon Cooper of Bloomfield; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a loving friend, Retha Meroney of Dexter.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Rainey Funeral Home in Dexter.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Gary Cooper and the Rev. Kenneth Biggs officiating.
Burial will be in the Dexter Cemetery.
Richard Patterson
BLOOMFIELD - Richard ŚPat' Patterson, 59, of Bloomfield died Sunday, April 15, 2001, at the Dexter Memorial Hospital in Dexter.
Mr. Patterson was born Oct. 27, 1941, in Shelbina and had been a resident of the Bloomfield Community since 1970.
He was a car salesman and owned and operated Patterson Auto Sales in Bloomfield until ill health forced his retirement.
On April 29, 1966, he married Beverley Snider.
She survives.
Other survivors include his mother, Margaret Patterson of Sikeston; one daughter, Melanie Morris of Jackson; two stepsons, Terry Woodruff of Aiken, S.C. and Lloyd Kerner of Portland, Ore.; one brother, Jack Patterson of Sikeston; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Lloyd Anderson officiating.
Glen McCormack
ELLINGTON - Glen Leslie McCormack, 84, of Ellington died Wednesday April 18, 2001, at the Brent B. Tinnin Manor.
Mr. McCormack was born Jan. 21, 1917, in Piedmont.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in World War II in Alaska.
Survivors include one brother, John McCormack of Ellington; and one sister, Peggy Josephine Peterson of Smith Mt. Lake, Va.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at McSpadden Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Lester Henry officiating.
Burial will be in Ellington City Cemetery.
Glenaverne Moore
FISK - Glenaverne Moore, 81, of Saginaw, Mich., died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2001, at the Covenant Hospital in Saginaw.
Mrs. Moore was born March 27, 1919, in Broseley and had lived in Saginaw for about five years.
She had previously lived in California for about seven years but had spent most of her life in the Poplar Bluff and St. Louis areas.
She had been employed as an LPN at Poplar Bluff Hospital and Firman Desloge Hospital.
Survivors include one son, Ken Mayberry of Saginaw; one daughter, Patricia Risbeck of Corona, Calif.; one brother, Harold Mayberry of St. Louis; a sister, Helen Richland of Hialeah, Fla.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk with the Rev. Fred Applegate officiating.
Paul Ledbetter
PARSONS, Tenn. -- Paul "Butch" Ledbetter, 58, of Grandin, died Sunday, April 13, 2003, as the result of a motorcycle accident.
Mr. Ledbetter was born May 24, 1945, in Dyer County, Tenn.
He was affliated with the Baptist church.
Survivors include one son, Paul Jason Ledbetter of Louisville, Ky.; one daughter, Lynn Hueffmeier of New Mexico; one sister, Josephine Cathey of Dyersburg, Tenn.; and two grandchildren.
The graveside funeral service will be held at 1:30 today at Sardis Ridge Cemetery with Bro. Ricky Ray officiating.

BERNIE - Bernice Maxam, of Bernie died Monday, April 16, 2001, at the Dexter Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.
