Glenda Sue Wilson
Glenda Sue Wilson, 61, Joplin, passed into eternal rest at 12:05 AM September 22, 2004 at her home in Joplin .
Sue was born July 17, 1943 in Ottawa County, OK, the daughter of Troy and Ola Massey. She worked for the former Teledyne Co., in Neosho from 1973 to 1982 then worked for GE in Arkansas City, KS until retiring in 1998 due to ill health. She had attended Cowley County Community College, Arkansas City, KS where she took flying classes. Sue loved gardening and her dog Mocha. She was of the Assembly of God faith.
Survivors include two daughters; Debbie Dry, Joplin and Teresa Graves and husband Arno Jr., Wyandotte; two grandchildren; Kayla White and Dakota Graves and a host of family and friends.
Sue was preceded in death by one brother Bob Massey.
Funeral Services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 25, 2004 at the Seneca Assembly of God Church with Rev. Wayne Wall officiating. Burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery with Ronnie Griffin, Shannon Fink, Vaughn Griffin, Garry Campbell, Bob Massey and Scott Fink Serving as Pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearer will be Larry Campbell.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 PM Friday at the Funeral Home.
Frank E. Marvin
Frank E. Marvin, 86, Joplin, formerly of Seneca, passed away at 7:30 AM, Monday, September 27, 2004 at National Health Care in Joplin after an illness.
Frank was born April 13, 1918 in Rocky Ford, Colorado the son of Ezra and Myrtle Marvin. He owned and operated Marvin Construction and was of the Baptist faith.
Frank was preceded in death by his first wife Marjorie Claxton in 1991 and by his second wife Vivian Long earlier this year.
Survivors include one son; Charles “Chuck” Marvin, Seneca and three grandchildren.
Memorial Graveside Services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, October 1, 2004 at the Seneca Cemetery with Jerry Seigel officiating. The body has been taken for cremation.
Elizabeth Joyce Icenogle
Elizabeth Joyce Icenogle, 69, Vinita, OK passed away at 12:51 AM, October 26, 2004 at the Craig General Hospital in Vinita.
She was born March 11, 1935 in Egypt, ARK the daughter of Ernest Bea and Dora L. Roberts. She was a beautician and a teacher and attended Craig County Baptist Church, Vinita.
Joyce married James M. Icenogle in 1971 and he survives.
Additional survivors include, two sons, Ron Maxwell and wife Janet, Tulsa and Derwin Maxwell, Madera, CA; one step-son, Jimmy Icenogle, Bristow, OK and one step-daughter, Martha Lee Post, Phoenix, AZ; two brothers, Clyde Roberts, Tulsa and Ernest Roberts, Fresno, CA; six grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Albert Roberts.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday at the Craig County Baptist Church, Vinita with Rev. Claud Strong officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 PM prior to the funeral service at the church. Burial will be in Talala Cemetery, Talala, OK with Jimmy Icnogle, Ron Maxwell, Terry Crawford, Kelly Herman, Eric Hanson and Robert Rapp serving as pallbearers. Deborah Kay Kuhn
Deborah Kay Kuhn, 46, of Keller, Texas, formerly of Seneca, Mo, died October 24, 2004 at 12:50 AM at the Seneca House Nursing Home of cancer.
She was born April 13, 1958 in Joplin, Mo. Deborah was a 1976 graduate of Seneca High School. She was formerly employed as a flight attendant for American Eagle Airlines, DFW. Preceding her death, she was a retail merchandiser for Proctor and Gamble.
Survivors includes her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Kuhn; two brothers, Robert E. Kuhn Jr. and Ronald L. Kuhn all of Seneca and her stepmother, Becky, of Tulsa, Okla.
Deb was preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Kuhn Sr. and her mother, Lordus Kuhn, 1995.
Memorial Graveside Service under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, October 27, 2004 at the Kirk Cemetery, North of Seneca.

Thomas “Tom” G. Mills
Thomas “Tom” G. Mills, 48, Cassville, MO, formerly of Seneca, MO, died at 1:54 PM, Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at Cox South Medical Center, Springfield, MO from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Tom was born in Claremore, OK, November 5, 1955 the son of Johnny and Patricia Wabaunsee Mills. He was a truck driver and a member of the Seneca Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma.
He is survived by his companion of ten years, Rhonda Finnertty, Cassville; one brother, John Oliver, Seneca; one sister Linda Turner, Wyandotte; several children and grandchildren; his step-father Charles Oliver.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Graveside services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 23, 2004 at the Wyandotte Cemetery with Jack King officiating. Burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery.
Raymond "Ray" D. Moss
Raymond "Ray" D. Moss, 61, Wyandotte, OK, passed into eternal rest at 9:30 PM, Saturday, October 16, 2004 at his home after a long illness.
Raymond D. Moss was born November 2, 1942 in Buckeye, Arizona the son of Raymond A. and Alma Moss. Raymond was a maintenance man for Simmon in South West City, a Air Force Veteran and attended Wayside Assembly Of God Church.
Raymond married Vivan “Bea” Burleson November 8, 1991 in Neosho, MO and she survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Lee Moss, Geani Moss, Lori Moss all of Tulsa, OK and Dawn Medlin, Lake City, ARK.; one step-son Tony Scribner; one step-daughter Shanna Stogsdill; his mother and step-father Alma and Lee Chapple, Winona, MO, two brothers, Jim Moss, Salina and Ralph Hayne, Tulsa; four sisters, Pasty Reed and Dorthy White both of Tulsa, Darlene Degraffenireed and Dolly Eberlile both of Sapulpa and 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by in father Raymond A. Moss, one brother, Kenneth Haynes and one sister Darlene Rosenburg.
Graveside Services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 19, 2004 in the Wyandotte Cemetery, with Rev. Danny Burleson officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, Monday at the funeral home.
Lloyd J. Reed
Lloyd J. Reed, 87, Seneca, passed away at 9:30 AM, Friday, October 15, 2004, at National Health Care in Joplin, MO after an illness.
Lloyd was born April 15, 1917 in Neosho, MO the son of John Allen and Agnes Reed. He was retired from the former Rocketdyne Plant in Neosho and a member of the Swars Prairie Church of Christ.
He married Juanita Fay Lankford September 15, 1941 and she survives.
Additional survivors include, two sons, Ronald Reed, Siera Vista, Ariz. and Alan Reed, Edgewood, MD; two daughters, Twyla Snow, Seneca and Cindy Hartzler, Seneca; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.
Funeral Services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held 2:30 PM, Sunday, October 17, 2004at Swars Prairie Church of Christ with Darrell Fisher and Gayle West officiating. Burial will be in the Swars Prairie Church of Christ Cemetery with Steve Reed, Scott Reed, Greg Snow, Eddie Snow, Alan J. Reed, Nick Reed and Chris Hartzler serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Norman Kelly and Gary Kelley.

Barbara Grace Crawford-King-Stand
Barbara Grace Crawford-King-Stand, 67, Miami, OK passed away at 2:00 AM, Monday, October 12, 2004 at her son’s home in Tiff City.
Barbara was born December 30, 1936 in Ottawa County, OK, the daughter of Orval (Pud) and Bessie House –Crawford- Goodeagle. Barbara graduated 1955 from Chilocco Indian School, Chilocco, OK and graduate from St. John’s School of Nursing in Joplin, MO in 1959. She attended Spring River Indian Baptist Church and was baptized in Spring River in 1960. She married Larry King, December 6, 1960 in Wyandotte, OK and he preceded her in death September 18, 1995. She married Cornelius “Chief” Stand and he preceded her in death October 9, 1998.
Survivors include one son, Shawn King, Tiff City, Mo; four daughters, Donna King, Wyandotte, Kelley King Frantz, Guyman, OK, Tiffany Stand and Tammy Stand both of Miami, OK; two sisters Joan Morris, Grand Lake Shores, Miami and Lena Mae Elliott, Rogers, ARK and 11 grandchildren.
Graveside services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, October 15, 2004 at the Bland Cemetery. Rev. Lewis Herring will officiate Indian Rites will be conducted by Jack King.
The body will lie in state at her son’s home 2643 N. State Highway 43, south of Seneca. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 PM Thursday at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home Chapel.
Geneva Roberts
Geneva Roberts, 86, Seneca, passed away at 7:15 PM, Sunday, October 10, 2004 at the Seneca House Nursing home after an illness.
Geneva was born December 18, 1917, in Granby, MO the daughter of Raymon and Ina Cole Geneva graduated from Carthage High School in 1935 and then went to business college for a year.. She moved to Seneca in 1936 and worked for her uncle Homer Cole as a book keeper for the former Stone Garage in Seneca. She married Dr. John B. Roberts, January 8, 1939 in Joplin, MO. Dr. Roberts served the community for 47 years until retiring in 1984. Geneva became a homemaker and supported her husband in his business. She was a member of the Seneca United Methodist Church, Twin Hills Country Club, Study Club and a Eastern Star. Dr. John B. Roberts preceded her in death March 16, 1993.
Survivors include two sons, John Keith Roberts, Concordia, MO and Roger Roberts, Wichita, KS; one daughter, Sharon Conroy, Seneca; one brother, Homer Cole, Pittsburg, KS; one sister Joanne Evered, Plano, TX; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Seneca will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, Oct. 14, 2004, at the Seneca United Methodist Church with the Rev. George Wade officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Webb City.
Pallbearers will be Art Huffman, Gary Roark, David Cole, Bill Conroy, John Martin Roberts and Donnie Jo Montgomery. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Rosiere, Wayne King and Homer Cole.
