Funeral service for Shane Richard Fleener will be at 1 p.m. January 11, 2008 at Community Baptist Church with Pastor John Butts officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Shadel's Colonial Chapel.
Interment will be in the Harmony Cemetery, Conway.
Mr. Fleener was born May 9, 1981 in Laramie, Wyo., to John Warren Fleener and Jamie Edna Fisher Fleener Scott. Mr. Fleener died January 6, 2008 in Lebanon at the age of 26 years.
Survivors include one son, Ashton Warren Fleener; one daughter, Alissa Rose Marie Elizabeth Fleener; parents, John Warren Fleener and wife, Jorja, Manhattan, Kan.; his mother, Jamie Edna Fleener Scott, Prescott, Ariz.; one brother, Joshua Michael Fleener, Prescott, Ariz.; two sisters, Lana Anstey, Americus, Kan.; and Karen Harnett, Dodge City, Kan.; grandparents, Nila Fisher, Texas state; Louise Barrett, Riley, Kan.; William and Eileen Fleener, Summersville; and William and Sarah Hunsucker, Rantoul, Ill.
Preceding him in death were two grandfathers, Merlin Fisher; and George Barrett; one infant nephew, Jackson Miller Harnett.

Ronald Edward Halbrook
Funeral service for Ronald Edward Halbrook was December 31, 2007 at Victoria Church of the Nazarene with Rev. William Sheridan officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Staples Funeral Home, Victoria, Va.
Interment was in the Crestview Memorial Park, South Hill, Va.
Mr. Halbrook was born October 17, 1941 to Jesse Howard and Marie Sanders Halbrook. Mr. Halbrook died December 28, 2007 at the age of 66 years.
Survivors include his wife, Judy M. Halbrook; daughter, Teri H. Seamster; son, Mark Scott Halbrook; grandchildren, Erin Clark, Zachary Wilkerson, Ashley Seamster, Koty Seamster; great-grandchildren, Christopher Clark and Heidi Barton; brother, Dennis Halbrook; and niece and nephew, Vickie Barred and Ronnie Turner.
Preceding him in death were his parents; one son, Travis D. Halbrook; one brother, Donald Halbrook; and one sister, Helen Turner.
John E. Wisdom
Funeral service for John E. Wisdom will be at 1 p.m. January 11, 2008 at James & Gahr Mortuary Chapel,
St. James, with Tony Amato officiating.
Interment will be in the St. James Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Josh Patt, Jake Patt, Everett Wisdom, John Wisdom, Ernest Treece, Russell Brown and Bill Patt.
Mr. Wisdom was born April 10, 1924 to Everett and Lola (Swyers) Wisdom. Mr. Wisdom died January 7, 2008 in Rolla at the age of 83 years.
Survivors include his brother, Marvin Wisdom, Salem; one niece and three nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents; two wives, Jewell and Vera; two sisters, Freda Wilburn and Carmaolee Patt.
Mr. Wisdom will lie in state 6 to 8 p.m. January 10, 2008 at James & Gahr Mortuary Chapel, St. James.
Mr. Wisdom served in the US Army during WWII and was awarded three Bronze Service Stars for Normandy, Northern France and Rhineland Campaigns per WD GO 33 & 40 1945 Good Conduct Medal.
Dennis E. Flett
Funeral arrangements for Dennis E. Flett are incomplete at this time.

Mr. Flett was born July 13, 1955 in Salem to Milton Flett and Imogene Flett. He married Kathryn Priest in 1974. They were the parents of three sons. Mr. Flett died December 29, 2007 in Tucson, Ariz., at the age of 52 years and six months.
Survivors include his ex-wife, Kathy; three sons, Jamie Flett and wife, Jennifer, USAF Japan; Scott Flett and wife, April, Tucson, Ariz.; and Adam Flett, Tucson, Ariz.; brothers, Michael Flett and wife, Tina, Fenton; Steven Flett, St. Peters; and Larry Flett and wife, Lori, Springfield; father, Milton Flett and wife, Marjie, St. Peters; mother, Imogene Flett, Tucson, Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his brother, Mark Flett, Nashville, Tenn.; grandparents, Nadine Flett Bergman, Salem; and Buster and Edna Leonard, Salem.
Ada June (Doolen) Miner
Funeral service for Ada June (Doolen) Miner was December 29, 2007 at Richland Memorial Chapel, Richland, with Rev. Thomas Soloman.
Music was provided by Ronnie and William White.
Interment was in the Idumea Cemetery, Laquey.
Pallbearers were Harvey Miner, Mark Miner, Tim White, Shawn Miner, Ron White and William White.
Mrs. Miner was born September 25, 1930 in Commerce, Okla., to Harvey W. and Gladys (Herrin) Doolen. She married Herman Miner October 13, 1944. They were the parents of seven children. Mrs. Miner died December 26, 2007 in Lebanon at the age of 77 years.
Survivors include her husband, Herman, Waynesville; seven children, Harry L. Miner and wife, Wanda, Wyandotte, Okla.; Carrie Hall and husband, Albert, Salem; Rev. Kenneth Miner and wife, Lenetta, Seneca; Gay Chaddock, Galena, Kan.; Carmen White, Salem; Tim Miner, Miami, Okla.; and Mark Miner, Laquey; one brother, Harvey Doolen and wife, Francis, Valley Center, Kan.; 69 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
Norma Jean (Kinder) Sargent
Memorial service for Norma Jean (Kinder) Sargent was January 4, 2008 at First Baptist Church, West Plains, with Rev. Richard Wright. Arrangements were under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains.
Music was provided by David Ball as soloist with David Ball as organist.
Interment was in the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Keith Roe, Chris Roe, Chuck Thomas, Kelly Roe, Robert Francis and Justin Hamlet.
Mrs. Sargent was born December 6, 1928 in Rolla to Roy Lee and Susan Bertha (Harris) Kinder. She married Robert L. Sargent June 3, 1947. Mrs. Sargent died January 2, 2008 at the age of 79 years.
Survivors include her husband, Robert L. Sargent; three daughters, Saundra Roe and husband, Tom, West Plains; Shirlee Francis and husband, Joe, Jacksonville, Ark.; and Sharon Hamlet and husband, Rick, Stockton; seven grandchildren, Keith Roe; Chris Roe and wife, Sissy; Tricia Thomas and husband, Chuck; Kelly Roe; Robert Francis; Jessica Hamlet; and Justin Hamlet; eight great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Katelyn, Kassidy, Nakiya, Nacona, Chase, Hannah and Claire; two brothers, LeRoy Kinder and wife, Barbara, Lenox; and Lynn Kinder and wife, Kay, Licking; one aunt, Lillie Kinder; and a host of nieces; nephews; and friends.
Mrs. Sargent was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Daniel Lyn Soard
Funeral service for Daniel Lyn Soard will be at 8 p.m. February 29, 2008 at Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Salem. There will also be a funeral service 2 p.m. March 3, 2008 at Stillwell Baptist Church, Clarksville, Ark.
Interment will be in the Stillwell Cemetery.
Mr. Soard died February 25, 2008 in St. Louis at the age of 21 years.
Survivors include his parents, Jerry and Megan Soard, Salem; one son, Ashton Levi; two sisters, Christy Sue Vallejo and husband, Gabriel, Salem; and Rebecca Soard, Salem; his grandparents, Brad and Sue Richardson, Inkom, Idaho; John Soard, Clarksville, Ark.; and Lois Wood, Huntsville, Ark.
Mr. Soard will lie in state 6 p.m. until time of service February 29, 2008 at Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Salem.
