Calvin W. May of Kirkwood died Friday, Oct. 31, 2003. He was 83.
Mr. May was the husband of Ruth May (nee Shearer); father of Meredith May and Patricia (Daniel) Behlmann; grandfather of Emily and Matthew Behlmann; brother of Helen (the late Fred) Tiefenbruck and Hazel (Ray) Swisher; uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Mary Mayo, formerly of Kirkwood died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2003.
Mrs. Mayo was the mother of Ellen (Fred) Spindler, Ken (Connie) Mayo and Margie (Randy) Wilson; grandmother of Jen and Becca Mayo; sister of Walter (June) Horn Jr.; aunt, cousin and friend.
A memorial service will be held Friday, Sept. 12, at Forever Oak Hill Funeral Home at Pfitzinger, 366 S. Kirkwood Road in Kirkwood. There will be a family gathering from noon until the time of service.

George McCue of Kirkwood died Monday, Nov. 10, 2003.
Mr. McCue was a former writer, editor and art and urban design critic for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. He was the author of "St. Louis: Sculpture City, " "The St. Louis Building Art: Two Centuries, " and co-author with Frank Peters of "A Guide to the Architecture of St. Louis."
Mr. McCue is survived by his wife, the former Pearl Lucas; daughters Patricia Holmes and Elizabeth Heywood; sons John W.L. McCue, Thomas S. McCue and A. Kevin McCue; and nine grandchildren.

Marjorie McCullough (nee Parmely) of Kirkwood died Sunday, Sept. 28, 2003.
Mrs. McCullough was the wife of the late Francis R. McCullough; mother of Judy (Larry) Folcik and the late James F. McCullough; grandmother of James "Nick" Folcik; sister of the late Oliver Parmely; aunt, cousin and friend to many.
A graveside service was held Wednesday, Oct. 1, from Bopp Chapel in Kirkwood to Valhalla Cemetery.

Richard F. McDonough of Des Peres died Friday, July 4, 2003 at his home, surrounded by family.
Mr. McDonough was a laborer for Laclede Gas for 30 years, until his retirement. He was the husband and best friend of Winnie McDonough (nee Geraghty) for 48 years; father of Richard P. (Maggie) McDonough and Mary F. McDonough; grandfather of Beth and Scott; master of faithful companion Buddy; brother of Jack (Delores) McDonough, Jimmie (the late Margaret) McDonough and the late Tom (the late Phil) McDonough, both of County Galway, Ireland, the late Mike (Loretta) McDonough, the late Mary Ellen (the late Paddy) Naughton of County Mayo, Ireland; cousin of Matt and Maureen, Jimmie and Pauline, Eamon and Julie; brother-in-law of James Geraghty of County Galway and Mary (the late Jim) McCormack of County Meath, Ireland; uncle and friend to many, especially Susan Curry.

Richard L. McFarland of Kirkwood died Saturday, Aug. 2, 2003. He was 74 years old.
Mr. McFarland was a Monsanto employee for 27 years. He served on active duty in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War, and retired from the Naval Reserves as a captain.
Mr. McFarland was the husband of Ramona; father of Rick, Don (Debra) and David (Julie) McFarland; grandfather of eight; brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.
