Dorothy Eunice Gorin, (nee Holloway) of Webster Groves, died Sunday, July 14, 2002.
Mrs. Gorin was the beloved wife of the late James Gorin; sister of Harold (Helen) Holloway; aunt of Peggy (Don) Hughes; great-aunt of Stephanie and Alan Hughes.
Visitation and funeral services were held Wednesday, July 17, at Bopp Chapel in Kirkwood. Interment, Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Elva D. Gould, a member of Kirkwood Presbyterian Church, died Sunday, March 10, 2002. She was 98 years old.
Mrs. Gould was the wife of the late George E. Gould. She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy G. Luther; son-in-law Dr. George A. Luther; brother Charles (Loretta) Drew, and two grandchildren.
Interment was at Oak Hill Cemetery in Kirkwood. Memorials may be made to Kirkwood Presbyterian Church, 100 E. Adams.
Carl Edwin Zecher of Glendale died Thursday, May 16, 2002. He was 57 years old.
Mr. Zecher was an engineer in the automotive industry, and a U.S. Veteran. He is originally from Alameda, California.
Mr. Zecher was the son of Doris and Fred Zecher. He is survived by his wife, Donna Haskins Zecher; a daughter, Brandi Lontz; sons Matthew and Zachary Zecher; Harold Zecher of Alameda, Calif.; and Richard Zecher of Priest River, Idaho. He was the grandfather of four.
A funeral service was held Monday, May 20, at Pfitzinger Funeral Home in Kirkwood. Interment at Saint Paul Churchyard.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Association.
Susanne E. Zwygart (nee Luchsinger), 92, died on Thursday, April 11, 2002. She was the loving wife of the late Frank W. Zwygart Sr. (AKA Rex Davis, KMOX's morning man), and the loving mother of Joyce Schoen and Frank W. Zwygart Jr.
The Kirkwood resident was a loving grandmother to Frank W. Zwygart III, Susan Zwygart, William Schoen, Ronald Schoen and Carol Franklin (nee Schoen). She was a great grandmother of six.

Robin Lee Gray died Sunday, Oct. 20, 2002.
Mrs. Gray was the mother of James (Gena) Gray; sister of Michael (Mary) Yochum, Diane Yochum, Richard (Judy) Yochum and Janice (Russ) Brannen; cousin, aunt and friend.
Visitation was held Oct. 24 at Bopp Chapel in Kirkwood. Her body was cremated. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
Marie C. Griffin (nee Hezel) died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2002.
Mrs. Griffin was a member of Holy Redeemer Parish in Webster Groves for 43 years; a member of Medical Missions Sisters; the 55 & Better Club; Holy Redeemer Catholic Women's League; the Martha and Mary's and St. Ann Bridge Club.
Mrs. Griffin was the wife of the late Thomas J. Griffin Jr.; mother of Beth, Mark (Sandi), Greg (Debbie Koewing), Bart, John, Andy (Stacey), Dan (Genny), Jane (Robert) Hostler and Clare (Rick) Neher; grandmother of Eric (Maria Cavallini) Drennen, Kate (Matt) Ryan, Rachel Drennen, Steven Rodenroth, Ann (Eric) Lundgren, Luke, Sarah, Rebecca and Thomas Griffin, Christopher, Bart and Ted Miller, Josh, Dan, Brad, Jonathon, Paul, Mason, Abigail, Clare and Lisa Griffin; great-grandmother of Gabrielle and Sydney Drennen; friend of Katie Kennedy and others.
A memorial Mass was held Nov. 13 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Mrs. Griffin's body was donated to St. Louis University Medical School at her request. Donations may be made to Holy Redeemer St. Vincent de Paul Society.
Loren E. Greason, a resident of Kirkwood, died Monday, Jan. 21, 2002.
Mr. Greason was a U.S.A.F. veteran of WWII, and a member of Kirkwood American Legion Post #156. He was a retired office manager for Aluminum Door Supply.
Mr. Greason was the long-time companion of Melva L. Rodman and stepfather to James R. (Marilyn E.) Hoag. He was a grandfather and great grandfather.
Mr. Greason was preceded in death by his wife, the late Viola M. (Hoag) Greason, and stepdaughter, the late Patricia A. (Hoag) Persons.
A funeral service will be held Friday, Jan. 25, at 10 a.m. at Pfitzinger Funeral Home in Kirkwood. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
Rosemary Greene, a Kirkwood resident for over 40 years, died Saturday, April 6, 2002.
Mrs. Greene is survived by a son, Craig Greene of Kirkwood; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one cousin, Harold Coulson of Peoria, Ill.
Mrs. Greene was preceded in death by her father, Harry Gatton; mother, Clara L. Schaefer; daughter Sherrilynn Biddle; and her husband, James Greene.
Services were held at Forever Oak Hill Funeral Home in Kirkwood on Wednesday, April 10. Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Geraldine Griesemer, 78, died Friday June 21, 2002.
Mrs. Griesemer, a resident of Kirkwood, was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Griesemer. She is survived by Margaret (Bill) Bommarito, Ken (Debbie) Griesemer, Dan (Cindy) Griesemer, and seven grandchildren.
Services were held at Forever Oak Hill Funeral Home. Mass was at St. Peter's Catholic Church and interment at St. Peter's Cemetery. Memorials can be sent to St. Patrick's Center, 614 N. 11th Street, St. Louis, Mo. 63101.
Gregory Michael Francis Guidry died Saturday, May 18, 2002, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was 24.
Mr. Guidry was the beloved son of Randy K. Guidry (Debbie Holley) and Mary E. Walk (Chester Joseph); brother of Shannon Guidry Crabson and Rachel Walk; uncle of Gabriel and Samuel Crabson; brother-in-law of Chris Crabson; nephew of Sandra, Cathy, Greg, and Michael Jeffrey Guidry and Susan Henson (Denny); dear cousin and friend to many.
Mr. Guidry was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Betty Gene and Theo Gene Francis "Sam" Guidry; and maternal grandparents Aaron and Marion Katz. He was the great-grandson of Jean and the late Glen Haynes. Greg will be sadly missed by his extended family.

Edna M. Gurney, 83, of Webster Groves died Wednesday, June 19, 2002.
Mrs. Gurney was a cook. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman F. F. Gurney. Mrs. Gurney is survived by sons, Edward Gurney and James Gurney, and daughter, Joann Gurney.
Services were held at Forever Oak Hill. Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Thomas Jackson Hall II, a 54-year resident of Webster Groves, died Friday, July 26, 2002. He was 86 years old.
Mr. Hall was raised among six siblings in the Ohio River town of Maysville, Ky. In the late 1930s, he attended Cincinnati College of Commercial Art. Before beginning his career as a commercial artist, he enlisted in the U.S. Army at the start of World War II. He served in 138th Engineering Combat Battalion where he rose to the rank of Captain.
While stationed at Camp Monroe, N.C., he met his future wife, Helen Graham. They were married in Charlotte, N.C. on May 14, 1944. Following the war they moved to St. Louis, where Tom began his commercial art career with Westheimer Advertising Agency. In 1947, he formed Tom Hall Design, which he and Helen operated for over 50 years.
In 1948 the Hall's moved to Webster Groves to raise their two children, Tom III and Sally. Twelve years later, Mr. Hall moved his business from downtown St. Louis to Webster, and took an active involvement in community affairs. He was a member of the Webster Groves Rotary Club, serving as president from 1969-1970. In 1986 the governor of Kentucky commissioned him a "Kentucky Colonel."
The Halls have been active in the Third Baptist Church since first moving to St. Louis. Mr. Hall devoted much time and energy to Missouri Baptist Hospital and Missouri Baptist Children's Home, from which he received distinguished service awards.
He is survived by his wife, Helen; son Tom Hall III; and daughter Sally Hall Schubert.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, July 30, at Third Baptist Church; interment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
