Evelyn H. Minner, of Kirkwood, died Saturday, March 2, 2002.
Mrs. Minner was the wife of Joseph D. Minner; mother of Greg (Renee) Minner and Karen (Paul) Detering; grandmother of Heather, Megan and Ryan Minner and Paige, Jacob and Logan Detering; great-grandmother of Sarah and Laura Halsey and Olivia and Samuel Coons.
Visitation is Friday, March 8, 2 p.m. at Bopp Chapel, 10610 Manchester Road in Kirkwood, with a 3 p.m. service. Interment private. Memorials to the American Lung Association.
Mary Margaret Mittler, former Webster Groves resident, died Saturday, March 9, 2002. She was 69.
Mrs. Mittler was born in Webster Groves, and graduated from Ursuline Academy in Kirkwood. She resided in Foristell, Mo., at the time of her death.
Mrs. Mittler is survived by her husband of 51 years, Elmer C. (Skip) Mittler, Jr.; two brothers, Bill (Mary) Carpentier and Jack (Dot) Carpentier; a sister, Sister Elizabeth (Betty) Carpentier, O.S.U.; daughters Ann Mittler, Carol (Glenn) Feiste, Nancy (Roger) Meyers; sons Paul (Connie) Mittler, Chuck (Barb) Mittler, Michael (Bev) Mittler, and Thomas (Jan) Mittler; thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by a son, Stephen Mittler; two sisters, Gene Klarsch and Helen Overkamp; and a brother, Dick Carpentier.
Mrs. Mittler was a member of the Marian Council and Quilters at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in New Melle, Mo.
Interment was at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery. Memorials to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Building Fund in care of Pitman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 248, Wentzville, Mo., 63385.
Francis E. Moore, a resident of Rock Hill, died Monday, Feb. 4, at St. Mary's Health Center. He was 74.
Mr. Moore is survived by a son, David Moore of Columbia, Mo., and two daughters, Cynthia Aune of Fairfax, Va., and Kathryn Howard of Webster Groves. Burial was at the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks.
Nancy Hamilton Muckerman, a Kirkwood resident, died Friday, March 22, 2002. She was 67.
Mrs. Muckerman was the wife of the late Christopher Muckerman. She was a credit manager of a small appliance company.
Mrs. Muckerman is survived by daughters Tracy Longhibler and Martha "Missy" Weber; sons Christopher Muckerman III and John C. Muckerman; and brothers James Hamilton and David Hamilton. She was the grandmother of four.
Memorials may be made to the Zoo Friends Association and the Missouri Botanical Garden.
Yvonne M. "Yummy" Mulligan (nee Weber), died Saturday, Aug. 17, 2002.
Mrs. Mulligan worked for the law firm of Postel Lieder Woodruff & Luchesi. She was an avid supporter of St. Louis professional sports, youth sports, the arts and the St. Louis Zoo.
She played bridge since childhood and was a Eucharistic Minister and parishioner of Cure of Ars Church for 16 years.
Mrs. Mulligan was the wife of the late Thomas A. Mulligan; mother of Tim (Patti) Mulligan, Kathleen (Charlie) Heinz Beach, Maureen (Bill) Elliott and Mary Margaret (Brian) Orsak; grandmother of John, Kevin, Meghan, Amanda, Michael, Emily, Brianna, Christopher, Claire, Andrea and Thomas; sister of Mary Lou (Joe) Magno and Joanne Schall; sister-in-law of Robert (the late Dell), Richard (Bonnie) and Pat (Mary Ann) Mulligan; companion of Dr. Richard Schmitt DDS; friend of Carol (Swanston) Devanny, Rev. John G. Hacker CSSR and Rev. Norman Muckermann CSSR; aunt, great-aunt, and godmother.
Visitation was Wednesday, Aug. 21 at Bopp Chapel in Kirkwood. A funeral Mass was held Thursday, Aug. 22, at St. Gerard Majella Church in Kirkwood. Interment was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Kirkwood.

Alice K. Murphy (nee McIntyre) died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002.
Mrs. Murphy was past president of St. Louis Gateway Storytellers Assoc. She was the wife of the late Thomas S. Murphy; mother of Thomas (Judy), John (Rosemary) and Michael (Dottie) Murphy; grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.

Thomas R. Neuhaus, husband of Jackie Neuhaus, died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2001. He was 61.
Mr. Neuhaus is survived by his wife Jackie; a daughter, Mitzi (Sean) Farrell; a son, Doug (Barbara) Neuhaus; a sister, Louise Gray; a brother, Albert Neuhaus, and three grandchildren.
Visitation was held Friday, Dec. 28 at Pfitzinger Funeral Home in Kirkwood. A funeral service was held on Saturday, Dec. 29.

Flora A. Newby, 95, formerly of Webster Groves, died Wednesday, January 16, 2002, in Scottsdale, Ariz., where she resided for the past 5 years.
Mrs. Newby was a former member of Webster Groves Presbyterian Church and continued her church life in Arizona as a member of the Presbyterian Church Women's Association, the Bridge Club, and the Garden Club.
Mrs. Newby was the beloved wife of the late Max W. Newby and mother of Barbara Newby of Scottsdale, Ariz.
A memorial service was held Thursday, June 6, at Gerber Chapel in Webster Groves. Interment at Valhalla Cemetery, Godfrey, Ill.
Ralph Nuneman, of Shrewsbury, died Monday, May 27, 2002.
Mr. Nuneman was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Shrewsbury, and was a member of the Shrewsbury Lion's Club. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1942-45, and retired from ITT Grinnell in 1974.
He is survived by his children, Susan Thomas and Stephen Nuneman; daughter-in-law Sandy Nuneman; grandchildren Melissa Ware, Sheri O'Brien, Geoffrey Nuneman and Heather Tillery; grandsons-in-law John Ware and John O'Brien; great grandchildren Alyssa and Andrew O'Brien; and his extended family Jan Streib and her children, Timothy, Thomas and Lauren, and Tom's wife Sarah and son Jacob.
Mr. Nuneman was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Fern (nee Williams); parents John and Elizabeth (nee Weis) Nuneman; older sister Marie Sidney; older brother John Nuneman; and son-like friend Edward "Butch" Streib.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 31, at the Jay B. Smith Funeral Home in Maplewood. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.

Kathleen M. O'Connor, (nee Quail), a Kirkwood resident, died Friday, Aug. 30, 2002.
Mrs. O'Connor was a life-long member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Kirkwood.
She was the wife of the late John A. "Rick" O'Connor; mother of Maureen O'Connor Maty, Dr. Peggy M. O'Connor (Dr. John Bayer), Patrick R. O'Connor, John T. O'Connor and Michael F. O'Connor (Melissa); grandmother of John Maty, Kevin Maty, Michael Bayer, Ryan O'Connor and Colleen O'Connor; sister of Joan Berlinger, Joyce Mahoney and Carol Goulet; aunt, cousin and friend to many.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday, Sept. 5, 10 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church, 243 W. Argonne.
