Margery Hefel Stumpf

dear wife of the late Otto Joseph Stumpf, Sr., dear mother of Stacey James, Stuart Jon (Pamela Young), Susan Van Biersel (Thomas Pierre), Stephanie McCutcheon (Jay Colt) and the late Otto Joseph Stumpf, Jr. Dear Grandmother of Christen and Amanda Stumpf, Alexandre VanBiersel, and Bethany Hegel, Shannon Raimondo (Donald), Tracy (Brad Eimer), and Colt (Joey) McCutcheon; dear great-grandmother of Jessica, Christopher, Renna, Parker and Madison. Dear friend of her sorority sisters Doris Orabka, Marian Morrisse and Almira Freebersyser. Margery was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Marie Smith Hegel.
A woman of faith whose family were 'her claim to fame'. Margery inspired all of us to contribute our gifts to each other and the world She was the stalworth foundation and gave motivational encouragement to all...she is so proud of us all. Margery graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and took graduate studies at the University of Colorado and the University of Southern California. She was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority and active until her death. Her family and she were members of St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church for 45 years and her four children attended and graduated from the school.
A Mass celebrating her life will be offered by the Reverend Thomas Molini at Saint Gerard Majella Catholic Church, 2005 Dougherty Ferry Road, Kirkwood, Missouri on March 17 at 10:30 am. The family will welcome guests at the Church on March 17 from 9:30am to 10:15am; and at a lunch to which attendees are invited, at the Missouri Athletic Club West, 1777 Des Peres Road, Kirkwood, Missouri.following the Mass. Interment will be private. We are grateful to all who have contributed so generously to our Mom's life. Beloved husband of Carol Mortika (nee Zweig); dear father of Christopher Mortika, John Michael Mortika and Mary Beth (Alan) Benes; dear grandfather of Sean, Zachary, and Ryan; dear brother-in-law, cousin, uncle, and friend to many.
John was a paper merchant sales representative for over 50 years with Birmingham & Prosser, Butler Paper, Unisource, and Xpedx. He was a member of the Legion of a Thousand Men West with the Carmelite Monastery. John was truly devoted to his wife Carol and treasured his children and grandchildren.
Services: Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, March 11, 10 a.m. at St. Anselm at St. Louis Abbey. Interment Bellerive Cemetery. Visitation Monday 4-8 p.m. at BOPP Chapel, 10610 Manchester Rd., Kirkwood.

Yost, Kenneth Dale, suddenly on February 7, 2008. Beloved husband of Cathy Yost (nee Voss); dear father of David Yost and the late Paul Yost; son of Etta (Rhodes) Brown and the late Kenneth E. Yost; stepson of the late Woodrow P. Brown; brother of Kathy (Brown) Whitehead and the late Dennis Brown; dear uncle, cousin, and friend.
Mr. Yost served as City Engineer and Public Works Director for the City of Kirkwood since 1973. He will be deeply missed by his loved ones and colleagues.
A memorial service will be held Monday, February 11 at 2:00pm at First Presbyterian Church of Kirkwood, 100 East Adams Avenue. Halwe, Michael P., Jan. 3, 2008 beloved husband of the late Beth Halwe, beloved son of the late Paul and Martha Halwe; loving brother of the late Jane Halwe. Our dear nephew, cousin and friend to many.
Michael was a member of BONE Rescue and Bearded Collie List, was a professional bowler, founder of the Lindenwood Bowling Team, and author of You Write Really Well...for a Bowler.

Casha was a graduate of John Burroughs School and Washington University George Warren Brown School of Social Work, where she was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.
