Funeral services were held March 12 at Grace Chapel Presbyterian Church in Madison with burial in Parkway Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include: his wife, Marie Catherine Gordon Jones of Madison; son, Andrew Joseph Jones of Madison; his parents, Andrew and Alta Jones of Kissimmee, Fla.; brothers, Brad Jones and wife Debbie and Todd Jones and wife Renee; and sister, Lisa Jones Curtis, all of Hattiesburg; four nephews, five nieces, one great-niece and one great-nephew.

Saul William Daughtrey, 64, of Canton, died Feb. 19, 2004, at G.V. "Sonny" Montgomery Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Jackson.
Funeral services were held Feb. 25 at Harvey Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Canton with burial in the church cemetery.
Survivors include: a special friend, Mary Jean Slaughter of Canton; children, Kimberly Ohio; sisters, Elease Taylor, Laura Nichols, Leathen Boyd, Waynetta Daughtrey, Lillian Reed, all of Madison; Irene Williams of Flint, Mich., and Jurdine Webster of Jackson; and nine grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Calmer Jean Beal, 61, of Canton, died Feb. 21, 2004.

Beal Jr. and wife Sherry of Jackson, and Prentiss Beal of Canton; and Ebony and Jamarcus Beal, both of Canton; sisters, Rosie Lee White of Canton, May Jackson Sr. of St. Louis, Mo., Ruth Pheal of Gary, Ind., and Emma Truss of Chicago, Ill.; brothers, James Moore and wife Luretha of Canton, Hubert Moore and wife Inez of St. Louis, Mo., Willie Moore and wife Juanita, Lawrence Moore and wife Earnestine and Walter Moore and wife Shirley, all of Canton; sisters-in-law, Annie Gross and Helen Beal of Canton; brothers-in-law, Isaac Beal and wife Ruthie May of Florida; aunt, Ira Banks and husband Lee of Canton; and 20 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
