Andrea Carolyn Camp
Mrs. Andrea Carolyn Camp of Chapel Hill, N.C., died Friday, Dec. 19, 1997, at her home. She was 58.
A service of celebration will be held at her home on Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, at 4 p.m.
She is survived by her husband, Joe L. Camp Jr.; two sons, Joe Camp III and wife, Bridget Kelly of Livingston, Mont., and Brandon Camp and wife, Louise of Los Angeles; her mother, Mildred Hopkins of Gulfport; a brother, Dr. Donald Hopkins of Gulfport; and a grandson, Seamus Curran Camp of Livingston.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, at Walkers Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, N.C.
Memorial may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, Chapel Hill; Happy Hill Academy, Grandbury, Woods Life School, Piney Woods, MS.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 1997, at 1 p.m. at Trinity Methodist Church in Gulfport.
Myrtle R. Pagano
Myrtle R. Pagano, 77, died Friday, December 19, 1997, in Pass Christian.
Mrs. Pagano was born April 27, 1920, in Bay St. Louis, and had been a resident of Pass Christian for 55 years. She was a homemaker and a devout Catholic.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Ethel Cospelich; her son, Michael A. Pagano; her beloved uncle, Joseph January; and a sister, Edith Reed.
Survivors include her husband, Sylvester Pagano of Pass Christian; a son, Sylvester Pagano Jr. of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Jackie Nickels of Houma, La., and Ms. Mary Broome of Lafayette, La.; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two brothers, George and Andrew Cospelich; and a sister, Vivian Bullard.
There will be a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial celebrated on Monday, December 22, 1997, at St. Paul Catholic Church in Pass Christian. Friends may call an hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Gulf Coast Memorial Cemetery in Bay St. Louis.
Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of the arrangements.
Dennis R. Wells
Mr. Dennis R. Wells, 72, of Pass Christian died Friday, Dec. 19, 1997, in Pass Christian.
Mr. Wells was a Veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was a master brickmason and member of the local Brickmasons union. He was a native of Los Angeles, and a former resident of Hammond, La. Mr. Wells had been a resident of the Washington
BILOXI - Eddie Lee Ohio, and had been a long-time resident of Gulfport. In 1972, he retired from the Naval Construction Battalion Center in Gulfport as special services director with over 35 years of federal service. He attended Shephardstown University, the College of William & Mary and Youngstown State University. He was captain in the Air Force and served as the physical training officer at Gulfport Air Field and Keesler Air Force Base. On May 7, 1996, the city of Gulfport proclaimed "Russell G. Ramage Day" to honor him for his many years of devoted service in the field of recreation that established a youth sports program.
Survivors include his wife, Laura B. Ramage; three sons, Wallace "Wally" Ramage, Clayton Ramage, Russell "Rusty" Ramage, all of Gulfport; eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
A service will be at 2 p.m. today at the Riemann Funeral Home Chapel in Gulfport with burial in Coalville Cemetery.
The family prefers memorials to the American Diabetes Association.
Idella Wilson
GULFPORT - Idella Wilson, 53, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 1997, in Gulfport.
Arrangements are incomplete at Lockett-Williams' Mortuary in Gulfport.
Frederick D. Rankin
LONG BEACH - Mr. Frederick "Ras Na'im" D. Rankin, 33, 712 Maxine Drive, died Friday, Dec. 19, 1997, in Long Beach.

Terry L. Kelley
BAY ST. LOUIS - Mr. Terry L. Kelley, 59, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 1997, in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Kelley was a retired oceanographer with the Department of the Navy.
He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Kelley.
Survivors include his wife, Toni Kelley of Bay St. Louis; three daughters, Chris Kelley of Bay St. Louis, Beth Kelley of Perth Amboy, N.J., and Rachel "Dee" Kelley of Long Beach; two stepsons, Tim Morris of Pass Christian and John Morris of Fredericksburg, Va.; his mother, Kathryn Kelley of Colo.; a sister, Eleanor Rader of Mission, New York Civil Service System in 1980.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Scretching; two sons, Ralph Scretching and William Scretching; and a daughter, Mattie Sayers.
Survivors include a son, John Scretching Jr. of The Bronx, New York City and Hester Cooke of Nyack, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Southern Memorial Park in Biloxi. Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point is in charge of arrangements.
Elizabeth M. Hoy
OCEAN SPRINGS - Elizabeth Margaret Hoy, 82, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 1997, in Ocean Springs.
Mrs. Hoy was a native of Munising, Mich., and had been a resident of the Coast since 1991. She was a Presbyterian.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Russell Hoy; a sister, Marion Knox; and a brother, Robert Knox.
Survivors include a daughter, Marion Grace Missey of Ocean Springs; two sisters, Grace Bjerke of Zion, Ill., and Gretta Morrison of Munising; a brother, John Knox of Clayton, Missouri, Roger Peterson of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Chris Peterson of Picayune; a sister, Willa Mae Etherdridge of Laurel; a brother, John Head of Hopewell, Va.; and nine grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. McDonald Funeral Home in Picayune is in charge of arrangements.
Beatrice F. Holcomb
Beatrice Fornea Holcomb, 88, of Bogalusa, La., died Friday, Dec. 19, 1997, in Bogalusa.
Mrs. Holcomb was born April 11, 1909, and was reared in the Stewart community northwest of Poplarville. She attended Morgan Spring and Stewart schools. She also attended Pearl River Community College and completed her college work at the University of Southern Mississippi and approximately 10 years in Louisiana. Mrs. Holcomb was a member of ESM Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hobart Holcomb; four sisters, Ida Fornea, Lorene Fornea, Edith F. Slaydon, and Hazel Fornea Amacker; two brothers, Colbert Fornea and Ray Fornea; her parents, Hilton W. and Beady Fornea.
Survivors include a sister, Athalea Fornea Landrum of Jackson; and a brother, Hilton Wayne Fornea of Biloxi.
A service will be held at 3 p.m. today at the chapel of Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home in Bogalusa where friends may visit two hours before service time. Burial will be in Ponemah Cemetery in Bogalusa.
The family prefers memorials to one's favorite charity.
