FALLSTON - Mrs. Lucille Williams Hartman, 74, of 136 Beam St., died Sunday, March 26, 2000, at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 3, 1925, in Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Yates Hubbard and Vernie Toney Williams. She was a member of Fallston Baptist Church and the Cleveland Regional Medical Center Auxiliary. She retired from PPG Industries.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Blanch Williams.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jo W. and Steve Crews of Santee, S.C.; a brother and sister-in-law, Boyd T. and Marshall Ann Williams of Fallston; a sister-in-law, Ann Williams of Fallston; a granddaughter and her husband, Stephanie and Roger Phillips Jr. of Shelby; a granddaughter, Amy Sigmon of Shelby; and two great-grandsons, Zachery Phillips and Isaiah Sigmon.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Fallston Baptist Church, with the Rev. Scott Norton and Dr. Paul Sorrells officiating. The body will be placed in the church 30 minutes before the service. Burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends tonight from 6:30 to 8 at Stamey Funeral Home in Fallston.

ELLENBORO - Mr. Coran J. Toney, 90, died Sunday, March 26, 2000, at Woodlands Nursing Center in Rutherfordton.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Oak Grove United Methodist Church, with the Revs. James Mackey, Robert Toney and John Godfrey officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

KINGS MOUNTAIN - Mrs. Willie Mae Lahrmer, 63, of 1309 Phifer Road, died Friday, March 24, 2000, at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
Born in Rutherford County, she was a daughter of the late Willie Edward and Grace Beatrice Henderson Teseniar. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Darrel R. Lahrmer of the home; a son and his wife, Danny Keith and Sunni Lahrmer of Smyrna, S.C.; two daughters and their husbands, Janice L. and Frank Martin and Beverly and Kenny Corn, all of Kings Mountain; a granddaughter and her husband, Amanda and Eric Nalley of Smyrna; a grandson, Brandon Huffman of Kings Mountain; great-grandsons, Kaleb Nalley and Hunter Nalley of Smyrna; two sisters and their husbands, Etrulia and Bobby Creighton of Bessemer City and Opal and Stan Pinkus of Cary; four brothers and their wives, Raymond and Shirley Teseniar of High Shoals, James Edward and Kathy Teseniar of Lincolnton, Boyce and Jan Tesenair of Kings Mountain and Sam and Dot Teseniar of Kings Mountain.
The funeral is today at 2 p.m. at Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, with the Revs. Mitchell Pruett and Russell Fitts officiating. The body will be placed in the church 30 minutes before the service. Burial will be in Mountain Rest Cemetery.

KINGS MOUNTAIN - Mrs. Elizabeth "Lib" Moss Dalton, 86, of White Oak Manor, died Saturday, March 25, 2000, at her home.
A native of Kings Mountain, she was the daughter of the late Manuel A. and Amanda Oates Moss. She was the wife of the late Roy Eugene Payne and the late Thomas Ralley Dalton. She was a homemaker and a member of Second Baptist Church of Kings Mountain.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley Payne Hughes, a sister, Margaret J. Johnson and a granddaughter, Beverly Hughes Tignor.
She is survived by a son and his wife, Kenneth R. and Lillian Dalton; a daughter and her husband, Patsy and Espy Cooke; and a brother and his wife, John Henry and Elaine Moss, all of Kings Mountain; eight grandchildren, including Cindy Meeks and her husband Ken of Smyra, S.C., and Gary Cooke and his wife Christy, Wayne Cooke and his wife Sherry, Scott Cooke and his wife Linda and Toney Cooke and his wife Paige, all of Kings Mountain; 18 great-grandchildren, three nieces and three nephews.

HICKORY - Mrs. Hettie Frances Parker Herman, 63, of Kool Park Road, died Sunday, March 26, 2000, at home.
A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Millard Parker. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church and was retired from North Hickory Furniture Company.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Jean Her-man, and a brother, Randy Parker.
She is survived by her husband, Carroll A. Herman of the home; her mother, Lula Hull Parker of Casar; daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Keith Huffman of Hickory; son, Leslie C. Herman of Hickory; grand-daughter, Debra Leanne Herman of Hickory; two grandsons, Chris Huffman and Mark Huffman, both of Hickory; great-grandson, Duncan Huffman of Hickory; five sisters, Coleen Gaddis of Kings Mountain, Rachel Buchanan of Hickory; Louise McFarlin, Bernice Mosteller, and Judy Ruff, all of Casar; and three brothers, Dennis Parker of Shelby, and Junior Parker and Homer Parker, both of Casar.

Born in Shelby on Oct. 12, 1953, he was the son of Katie Gilliam Byers and the late John Edward Byers. He was a member of Emmanuel Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church in Lawndale. He was an employee of Freightliner Corp. in Gaffney, S.C., and a former employee of NAPA Auto Parts in Gaffney.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Lydia McCluney Byers of the home; grandmother, Maggie Hamrick Gilliam; father-in-law, M.B. VALE -- Mrs. Emma Houser Shull, 88, of Cat Square Road, died Tuesday, March 28, 2000, at the Brian Center in Lincolnton.
A native of Lincoln County, she was born on July 3, 1911, the daughter of the late Wallace L. and Rosa Reinhardt Houser. She was a homemaker and a member of Palm Tree United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Odis Charlie Shull; one daughter, Betty Duckworth; three sisters, Gracie Houser Auton, Nannie Houser Williams, Minnie Houser Shull; and one brother, Franklin Houser.
She is survived by four daughters, Ruth S. Lail of Newton, Catherine Cook of Lawndale, and Sue Thackerson and Linda Canipe, both of Vale; one son, Hugh "Bud" Shull of Vale; ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

A native of Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Brodie V. and Mary Hardin McIntyre. He was a member of Boyce Memorial A.R.P. Church in Kings Mountain. He was retired from Burlington Industries and A.V. Wray and 6 Sons where he was a supervisor.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Harrill McIntyre; and a grandson, Mike McIntyre.
He is survived by three sons, Donald H. McIntyre of Alta Vista, Va., Benjamin F. McIntyre of Louisburg, and James F. McIntyre of Corydon, Ind.; one daughter, Rebecca M. Neill of Troutman; two brothers, Gus McIntyre of Shelby and Blaine McIntyre of Charlottesville, Va.; five sisters, Madge Turner, Jackie Greene, Ray Whitaker, and Helen Ellis, all of Shelby, and Margaret Brumley of Gastonia; ten grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

A native of Cleveland County, he was a 1994 graduate of Crest High School. He was employed at Eaton Corp. in Grover and was a member of Shelby First Church of the Nazarene.
He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Leroy Drewery, and a grandmother, Ruth Drewery.
He is survived by his parents, Roger Dale and Faye Winters Drewery of Shelby; his grandparents, J.C. and Jewell Winters; a sister and brother-in-law, Dana D. and Steve Roderick of Shelby; and his fiancee, Neely Hawkins of Grover.
