Retired from Bost Bakery, member of Eastside Baptist Church, Mason, Army World War II veteran, Corporal 505th Parachute Infantry, who received three Bronze Stars, Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster, European African Middle Eastern Theatre Ribbon and Silver Star, wounded in France and Sicily battles.
