KANNAPOLIS - Boyce S. Baucom, died August 23, 2000, at Five Oaks Nursing Center. He was a native of Olive Branch, son of the late Blanche Davis and Alfred Lee Baucom. He was a Navy veteran of WWII, retired from Pilot Life Insurance Company after more then 30 years, he also worked more then 10 years for Cannon Mills. He was a Deacon of First Baptist Church Concord, active with local mission projects and the homeless shelter in Concord.
