He was a native of Anson County, son of the late Alan Alonzo and Martha Elizabeth Watson Tarlton, husband of the late Lucille Ellis Tarlton, was employed as a computer service technican at Southern Pump and Tank, member of Davidson Memorial Baptist Church, former Deacon.
