The much beloved, Leola Cain Horne, was called to join her heavenly Father on March 16, 2013. At the distinguished age of 88 years old, Mrs. Horne was able to share her life and touch the hearts of so many people. She began the journey of her life on July 24, 1924 to her mother, Gladys Mcduffy Cain and father, Edgar James Cain. She was the youngest of seven. Her mother passed away when she was only eight years old. She grew up in the care of her hard-working father along with the help of her sister Pauline LeClaire and brothers Langdon and Willis Cain. At a young age Leola met and married Willie Thomas Horne and their love endured the years through both the good times and hard. They were married for over 52 years until his passing. She loved each and everyone just as her children. She recognized her blessings and truly appreciated her church family and the pastors at Church of God.
