MAIDEN J.D. Carver, 73, of 4790 Kent Street, died June 30, 2003. Funeral services will not be scheduled at this time.
Born in Graham County, he was a U.S. Army Veteran and served in the National Guard and was employed with the Gaston County School System in the Maintenance Department.
Survivors include two sons, David Carver and Charlie Carver both of Gastonia and four sisters, Donnie Phillips and Mary Edna C. Walker both of Gastonia, Lora May Hill of Bessemer City and Clara Walker of Alexis.
