Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Calvary United Methodist Church, where she was a charter member, with the Rev. Ed Tapper officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park.
She was a native of Randolph County, a registrar in Balfour Precinct No. 1 for 25 years and sold Stanley Home Products.
Surviving are daughter, Marilyn Swink of Asheboro; son, Bernard Burns of Asheboro; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

He was a native of Lee County, a graduate of Southwestern Randolph High School, a U.S. Army veteran, employed with Arrow International and attended Calvary Baptist Church.
