He was a native of Randolph County and retired from Auman Manufacturing, High Point.

She was a native of Randolph County, retired from Jockey International and attended Worthville Baptist Church.

She was a native of Randolph County and established the Manpower Employment Company in Greensboro.

He was a native of Montgomery County, retired from Foundry Service and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean conflict.

Roland Eli King, 57, of 5897 Ridge Road, Seagrove, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 1998, at N.C. Baptist Hospital, Winston-Salem.

He was a correctional officer with the Randolph County Correctional Center for more than 20 years, a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam, Democratic chairman of Richlands precinct and former member and on the board of directors of Seagrove Jaycees.
Surviving are wife, Margaret Hogan King of Seagrove; sons, Keith Randall "Randy" King of Asheboro, Robert Lee King of Trinity, Randy Lee Parks of Summerfield; daughter, Sara Rebecca Matthews of Greensboro; seven grandchildren.

He was a native of High Point, a World War II U.S. Army veteran, where he received two Bronze Stars and a Good Conduct Medal, was a hosiery knitter, was of the Pentecostal faith and a member of V.F.W.

He was a native of Liberty, widower of Olie Brannon Martin, a World War II U.S. Army veteran, a graduate of N.C. State University, retired from Carolina Eastman after 37 years and was a member of the American Chemical Society and American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He was a member of the Fellowship Sunday School class and former deacon at his church and at First Baptist Church, Kingsport, Tenn.
Surviving are sons, Bill Martin of Roanoke, Va., Jerry Martin of Midland, Mich.; sister, Gladys Burch of Asheboro; brother, Kenneth Martin of Liberty; five grandchildren.

He was a native of Siler City, the widower of Dorothy Lee Siler, employed with Southern Railroad, was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and was an ordained Elder in the Solid Rock Church of God's Grace in Jesus Christ of America Inc.
Surviving are daughter, Barbara Siler Martin of Kernersville; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
