Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ridge Funeral Home, Asheboro, with the Rev. Lee Green officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia United Methodist Church Cemetery.

He was a native of Marlboro County, S.C., a U.S. Army veteran and a retired painter.

Surviving are son, Ronald Lee Ratliff of Randleman; daughters, Linda Ann Beane of the home, Wanda Lee Younts of Trinity, Betty Ann McLain of Cheraw, S.C.; mother, Addie Ratliff of Cheraw, S.C.; sister, Shirley Roscoe of Cheraw, S.C.; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

The family will be at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Monday, other times at the home.

Josie Lynn Johnson Routh, of 1836 Goldhill Road, Asheboro, died Sunday, Jan. 23, 2000, at her home.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Pugh Funeral Home, Asheboro, with the Rev. James Sterling Johnson and the Rev. Ashby Brown officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery.

She was a native of Randolph County, a housewife and an antique dealer for 30 years.

Surviving are husband, J. C. Routh of Asheboro; sister, Coleen Snyder of Philadelphla, Pa.; brother, Bobby Johnson of Warner Robbins, Ga., Donald Johnson of Asheboro.

The family will be at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Monday.

RANDLEMAN - Ethel Lamb Frazier, 90, formerly of 5893 Sartin Road, died Sunday, Jan. 23, 2000, at The GrayBrier, Trinity.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Pugh Funeral Home, Randleman, with the Rev. Michael Swofford officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park.

She was a member of New Salem United Methodist Church and the widow of Floyd Thomas Frazier.

Surviving are son, Raymond Frazier of Randleman; daughters, Frances Macon and Nancy Bailey, both of Randleman; sisters, Louise McAllister and Essie Frazier, both of Randleman; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cumby Family Funeral Service, Archdale, with the Rev. Scott A. Wagoner officiating. Burial will be in Floral Garden Park Cemetery.

She was a native of Montgomery County, the widow of Blaine Howard Cornelison, a homemaker and a member of Archdale Friends Meeting and the Elizabeth Frye Sunday School Class.

Surviving is a daughter, Emogene Yarborough of High Point; sons, Sherron Howard Cornelison of Trinity, Hoyle R. Cornelison of Archdale; brothers, Grady Cole of Siler City, Hubert Cole of Elmira, N.Y., Paul Cole of Aberdeen; sisters, Louise Tuttle of High Point, Elaine Hendricks of Raeford, Myrta Davis and Ruby Easterling, both of Aberdeen; two grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cumby Family Funeral Service, Archdale, with Dr. Keith D. Letterman officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park.

He was a native of Guilford County, the widower of Aleen Marie Smith Fields, a 1947 graduate of Allen Jay High School, a United States Army veteran of the Korean War, was retired from Drexel-Heritage, Inc. and was a Baptist.

Surviving are daughters, Debra F. Pulliam of Trinity, Brenda M. Small of High Point, Kathy F. Blommaert of Sophia; son, Phillip Fields of Mocksville; sister, Bonnie Frazier of High Point; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.

The family will be at the funeral home 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, other times at the home.

LIBERTY - Annie Kinney Graham, 70, of 7141-A Richland Church Road, died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2000.

She was a native of Binghamton, N.Y., a retired second grade school teacher at Liberty Elementary, a member of the Greek Orthodox Church in Burlington and a graduate of Oneida State Teachers Collage in New York.

Surviving are sons, Allen Graham and David Graham, both of Liberty; sisters, Mary Tokas and Julie Rogers, both of Binghamton, N.Y.; one grandson.

She was the widow of John Rose and a homemaker.

She was a native of Montgomery County, the widow of Dermont Burrow and Bob Johnson, a retired employee of Burlington Mills in Ramseur and a Sunday School teacher at her church.

Surviving are daughter, Fawnie Poupore of Franklinville; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

RAMSEUR - William Mike York Sr., 89, of 8737 U.S. 64 East, died Monday, Jan. 24, 2000, at Randolph Hospital.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Loflin Funeral Home, Ramseur, with the Rev. Justus McKeel and the Rev. Scott Owen officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

He attended Elon College, worked for Bossong Hosiery as supervisor for 10 years and operated a dairy farm for 40 years. He was a director of both Coble Dairy and First Citizens Bank in Ramseur, a member of the Ramseur School Board and a member of First Baptist Church where he served as a teacher, director, superintendent and a deacon. He was a member of Marietta Masonic Lodge 444 AF & AM, a member of the Greensboro Valley thirty-second degree Scottish Rights and a Worthy Master of the Randolph Eastern Grange.

Surviving are wife, Martha Sutton York; sons, William Mike York Jr. of Staley, John Sutton York of Conover; daughter, Martha Jayne Y. Embree of Staley; brother, Vaughn York of Staley; sisters, Mozell Y. Lane of Asheboro, Louvelia Y. Goldston of Leesville, S.C.; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

The family will be at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Thursday.

She was a native of St. Louis, Mo. and was a retired dietitian from Baptist Hospital in Nashville.

Surviving are daughters, Irene Livengood of Carthage, Susan Bradley of Willmington; brothers Robert "Bobby" Scruggs, Leroy "Jimmy" Scruggs, both of Nashville; sisters, Elizabeth Muckenthaler, Mary Muckenthaler, both of Michigan; brothers Russ Muckenthaler, Paul Muckenthaler, Mike Muckenthaler and Ted Muckenthaler, all of Michigan; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a former employee of Dixie Furniture Co.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma Surratt Hunt of the home; daughters Martha Hunt, Vickie Covington and Donna Small, all of Denton, and Vivian Loflin of Trinity; sisters Pearl Loflin of Denton, Laura Surrat of Asheboro and Ruth Griffin of Fort Worth, Texas. He has five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
