Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Clearview Baptist Church, with the Rev. Ronald Hester officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He was a native of Randolph County, a retired farmer and a member of Cedar Falls Baptist Church.
Surviving are son, E.C. Callicutt Jr. of Franklinville; daughters, Betty Craven of Franklinville, Laristine BuIlins of Asheboro; brother, Andrew J. Callicutt of Franklinville; sister, Nan Burch of Ramseur; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

STALEY - David M. Lineberry, 86, of 1820 Charlie Cooper Road, died Saturday, March 4, 2000, at his home.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Community Baptist Church, Siler City. Burial will be in Rocky River Friends Meeting Cemetery.
He was a native of Chatham County, the widower of Sercy Kimrey Lineberry, a farmer and a retired employee of Boling Chair Co.
Surviving are daughter, Betty Caldwell of Siler City; sons, Homer Lineberry of Staley, Layton L. Lineberry of Silk Hope, Elvin R. Lineberry of Siler City; sister, Mary Cooper of Burlington; brother, Albert Lineberry of Greensboro; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.

BEAR CREEK - June Scott Holt, 63, of 2076 Hoyt Scott Road, died Sunday, March 5, 2000, at Chatham Hospital, Siler City.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Rives Chapel Baptist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Larry Soblotne, the Rev. J.L. Shoun and the Rev. Gerald Bridges officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
She was a native of Chatham County, a graduate of Bennett High School, a Sunday School teacher at her church and a retired substitute teacher in the Chatham County Schools.
Surviving are husband, David N. Holt of the home; sons, Phil Holt and Steve Holt, both of Bear Creek; daughter, Lorrie Moore of Bear Creek; brothers, Hoyt Scott of Bear Creek, Bob Scott of Bennett, Dale Scott of Asheboro, Bill Scott of Goldston; sisters, Louis Hegler of Liberty Hill, S.C., Dixie Holt of Siler City; eight grandchildren.

Winifred "Winnie" Peterson Hillger, 84, of 233 Worth St., Asheboro, died Tuesday, March 7, 2000, at the home of her son Fred, 1931 Harvell St., Asheboro
A memorial service and burial will be at a later date in Morgan, Minn.
She was a native of Minnesota, a graduate of Mankato State College and an elementary school teacher there for many years, she was a member of Dogwood Garden Club, a docent volunteer at the North Carolina Zoo and a hospice volunteer.
Surviving are sons, Fred Hillger of Asheboro, Marlow Hillger of Johnston, Iowa, Bryan Hillger of Tracy, Minn., Douglas Hillger of Morgan, Minn.; sister, Gwen Wise of Asheboro; seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.

She was a native of Moore County, retired from Acme-McCrary and was a former employee of Ithaca in Robbins, Carolina House of Asheboro and Mountain View Care Center. She was a member of Liberty Road Baptist Church and of the Woodman of the World.
Surviving are husband, Charles Lancaster of Asheboro; daughters, Mary Ellen L. Newby of Asheboro, Robin L. Van Horn of Ramseur; grandson, Bryant Lancaster of the home; four other grandsons.

He was a native of Roberson County, a World War II U.S. Navy veteran and a retired employee of J.P. Stevens in Randleman.

She was a native of Chattanooga, Tenn., the widow of Gerald S. Royals Sr. and was of the Methodist Faith.
