Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church, with Father Joseph Mack officiating.
She was a native of Asheboro, a graduate of Asheboro High School, worked in human services and retired from Randolph County Mental Health.
Surviving are husband, George F. McKinnon of the home; son, Karl L. McKinnon of Greensboro; brother, Harris L. Johnson of Greensboro; sister, Peggy J. Campbell of Asheboro.
The family will be at the church 1-1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
Cremation Services Inc., Winston-Salem, is in charge of arrangements.

She was a native of Davidson County, the widow of Pearley Bowman Jr., attended Thomasville High School, was retired from Laughlin's Hosiery Mill and attended Whitehall Evangelical Methodist Church.
Surviving are daughters, Debbie Crutchfield of Liberty, Teresa Pugh and Rhonda Ratcliffe, both of Asheboro, Vicky Foster of Randleman; sons, Mike Bowman of Anaheim, Calif., Tim Bowman of Asheboro, Ricky Bowman of Randleman; sisters, Evelyn Stout of Thomasville, Mary Hatley of Water ParK, Fla., Janet Roberts of Pawley's Island, S.C.; brothers, Robert Goins of Winston-Salem, Jerry Goins, Roger Goins, both of Asheboro; 10 grandchildren.

He was a native of Chatham County, a Vietnam veteran, a supervisor at RamTex, and was of the Baptist faith.
