She was a Randolph County native, the widow of Dougan Ray Farlow, and a member of Foster Street Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are daughters, Janice Farlow of Randleman and Becky Greene of Albemarle; sister; Eula Echerd of Trinity; two grandchildren.

HENDERSON - Juanita Rogers Williams, 76, of 661 Lakeview Drive, died Saturday, March 25, 2000, at her home.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Sunset Avenue Church of God, Asheboro, where she was a member, with the Rev. Boyd Byerly, the Rev. Ben Chavis and the Rev. Gary Harper officiating.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Lafayette Memorial Park in Fayetteville.
She was a native of Robeson County, retired from Stedman Corporation, and worked at McDonalds.
Surviving are daughter, Patti Williams Harper of the home; sons Larry Damus Williams of Fayetteville and Harold Edward Williams of Stedman; sisters, Beatrice Rogers Sessoms of Whiteville and Sadie Rogers Stone of Fayetteville; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Jewell Swanner Sugg, 80, of Erect Road, Seagrove, died Friday, March 24, 2000, at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro.
Funeral service will be 4 p.m. Monday at Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Ron Wachs, the Rev. Frank Jarvis and the Rev. David Miner officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
She was a former Sunday School teacher, served as chairperson of the Parsonage Committee and the treasurer of the Sunday School at her church , managed the cafeteria and was a former president of the PTA at Brower Elementary School and was a member of the Seagrove Grange and the Randolph Cattlemen's Association.
Surviving are daughters, Judy Sugg Chisolm of Asheboro and Pat Sugg of Greensboro, son, Steve Sugg of Seagrove; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

He was a retired maintenance supervisor for Moore County Schools, a World War II and Korean War U.S. Navy veteran, and served as secretary-treasurer for the Vass Rescue Squad.
Surviving are wife, Olivia Griffin of Carthage; sons, Michael Griffin of Hickory, Thomas Griffin and George Griffin, both of Vass; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Graveside service was 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Westview Memorial Park, with Dr. Bev Kennedy Jr. officiating.
She was a native of Randolph County and a member of Laurens First Baptist Church. She was employed by Palmetto Bank, was the society editor of the Laurens County Advertiser, an administrative assistant to the president of Newberry College and was a medical transcriptionist for Randolph Medical Associates in Asheboro.
Surviving are mother, Grace Wood Olgesby of Asheboro; sons, Jonathan Clay Orcutt of Greenville, Mark Lunsford Orcutt of Laurens; daughters, Cynthia O. O'Rear of Laurens, Kimberly O. Thomas of Greer, S.C.; sisters, Helen Wood Holt of Kernersville, Jane O. Pugh of Winston-Salem, Sally O. Sink of Thomasville; five grandchildren.
