Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Oakley Baptist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Tim Howell and the Rev. M.E. Cunnup officiating. Burial will be in Sandy Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
She was a native of Chatham County, a homemaker and a member of the Sunday School class at her church.
Surviving are husband, George M. Walters; daughter, Bonnie W. Davis of Siler City; sons, Wayne Walters of Bonlee, Ed Walters of Bear Creek, Bennie Walters, Cecil Walters, Bill Walters, all of Siler City; brothers, James Coy Fields, Grady B. Fields, both of Siler City; sisters, Otis Johnson of Siler City, Allene F. Brown of Bear Creek, Margie Hilliard, Elma Lee Hilliard, Maxine Braswell, all of Greensboro; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, Siler City, with the Rev. David Mashburn officiating. Burial will be in Rocky River Baptist Church Cemetery.
She was a native of Chatham County, retired owner/operator of the Laundriette, a member of South Fork Friends Meeting and attended Community Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Sunday School class.
Surviving are son, Tommy Duncan of Siler City; sister, Helen R. Hilliard of Goldston; one granddaughter.

SALISBURY - Trevor Eugene Weast, infant son of Tricia McCora Weast and Todd Eugene Weast of 1032 Roundknob Ave., died Wednesday, March 18, 1998, at Rowan Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home, China Grove, with the Rev. Larry Twitty officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Memorial Park.
He was a native of Rowan County.

He was a native of Asheboro, a member of First United Church and VFW Post 1159, a partner in Jim's Car Wash, retired from Vend-A-Matic after 37 years, and a Navy veteran of World War II.

He was a native of Chatham County, a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy Air Corps and a retired farmer.
