Memorial service will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Cross Road Retirement Community Center, with the Rev. David Schwartz officiating.
He was a native of Cleveland, Ohio, the widower of Elizabeth Anderson, a member of Westlake United Methodist Church in Westlake, Ohio, was retired from Sterling Die in Cleveland, Ohio, and was a Randolph County Senior Olympian.
Surviving are daughter, Judy Beck of Sarasota, Fla.; son, Roger G. Anderson of Asheboro; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Ridge Funeral Home, Asheboro, with the Rev. Don Leonard and Pastor Paul Griffin officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery.
She was a native of Asheboro, a 1956 graduate of Asheboro High School, a hairdresser for 40 years and she served as a jail minister and counselor to recovering substance abusers.
Surviving are daughter, Jenniffer Gallimore of Charlotte; son, Jeffrey Gallimore of Beckley, W.Va.; mother, Hazel Morgan of Asheboro; sister, Candy Brooks of Asheboro; brother, Roland Morgan of Columbia, S.C.; husband, Sherman Gallimore of Roanoke, Va.; caregiver, Linda Camp of the home; foster sister, Clara Drabbant of Dover, Del.

He was a native of Star, a World War II U.S. Army veteran and a retired lumberman.

He was a native of Johnstown, Pa., and was a U.S. Army veteran.

He was a native of Chatham County, a retired brick mason, and a World War II U.S. Army veteran.

She was a native of Randolph County, the widow of Archie Teague, a potter and had worked with the Asheboro Housing Authority. She was a graduate of Farmer High School and Randolph Technical College and was a member of West Asheboro Baptist Church.
