ROBBINS - Delmus Allen Frye, 94, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2001, in Central Carolina Hospital, Sanford.
A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Friday at Pine Rest Cemetery, with the Rev. Melvin Thorne officiating.
He was a native of Moore County.

TROY - Margaret Stowe Diffee, 85, of 332 W. Chestnut St., died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2001, at her home.

She was a native of Marboro County, S.C., the widow of James W. Diffee and retired manager of Capel Outlet in Troy.

DURHAM - Harry DeWitt Hollingsworth, 80, of 2005 Ruffin St., died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2001.
Memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Durham, where he was a member, with the Rev. Michael White, the Rev. Joshua Varner and the Rt. Rev. Robert C. Johnson officiating.
He was a native of Wayne County, a World War II U.S. Army veteran, a member of Durham Masonic Lodge No. 352, York Rite, a Shriner and was a member of the Sudan Temple and the temple's marching band. He was active with the Durham Community Concert Band and was a retired editor of The Herald-Sun in Durham.
Surviving are wife, Norma Large Hollingsworth; daughter, Mrs. Lee H. Berger of Franklin; sons, D. Luther Hollingsworth of Asheboro, Harry D. Hollingsworth Jr. of Roswell, Ga.; sister, Carolyn Austell of Greensboro; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
