He was a native of Lochgelly, W. Va., a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict, a member of Victory Baptist Church, Lodi, Ohio, and a retired employee of Ford Motor Company in Cleveland, Ohio.
Surviving are wife, Joyce Mabe Campbell of the home; daughter, Robin Thompson of Fairview Park, Ohio; son, John D. Campbell of Monroe; sister, Esta Magnuson of Parkersburg, W. Va.; brother, Virgil Campbell of Brandon, Fla.; four grandchildren.

Memorial mass will be 12:15 p.m. Thursday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
She was a native of Schenectady, N.Y., the widow of Howard F. Halligan Sr., a graduate of the College of St. Rose, earned a master's degree at SUNY in Albany, N.Y., and had worked as a social worker. She was a communicant of St. Pius X Catholic Church and the Albany Curling Club.
Surviving are sons, Roger Halligan of Asheboro, Howard Halligan of Delmar, N.Y.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, a former policeman with the Asheboro Police Department, an investigator with the Guilford County Juvenile Detention and attended North Asheboro Church of God.

He was a native of Chatham County, the widower of Lizzie Mae Bare, served as a deacon, choir member and a care taker at his church, retired from N.C. State Bridge Maintenance Department, worked part-time with New Hope Auto Parts and was owner/operator of Paul's Grocery Store.

Surviving are sons, David F. Weese of Dahlgren, Va., Michael A. Weese of the home; daughter, Danielle M. Weese of Asheboro; stepdaughter, Cynthia L. Stoute of Louisiana; stepson, Terry G. Lebermann II in the U.S. Navy; sister, Janice W. Cole of Forest City.
