She was a native of Randleman, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Masters in Psychology, a former psychotherapist and owner of Motivational Counseling Service in Cary.
Surviving are husband, James Davis Jr. of Cary; daughters, Donna Lisa Davis of Milwaukee, Wis., Debra Rozell Davis of St. Louis, Mo.; sister, Hazel Coble Goldston of Asheboro; brother, Colon Coble of Asheboro; six grandchildren.

ASHEBORO - Sandra Britt Heath, 56, of 405 Medfield Circle, Asheboro, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2002, at High Point Regional Hospital.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Loflin Funeral Home, Ramseur, with the Rev. Jeff Joyce officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Greensboro.
She was a native of Randolph County and an employee of Energizer and the Eagle Eyes Flea Market.
Surviving are son, Stephen Heath of the home; sister, Phyllis Jones of Browns Summit; grandchildren, Stephen Tylor Heath, Bradley Heath and Lauren Heath, all of the home.

Graveside service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at Hopewell Friends Meeting Cemetery, with the Rev. Victor Murchison officiating.
She was a native of Randolph County, a retired schoolteacher with the Randolph County Schools and a member of Hopewell Friends Meeting.
Surviving is sister, Pauline H. Lassiter of Asheboro.

She was a native of Forsyth County, a retired hosiery worker and a member of First United Methodist Church.
Surviving are husband, Henry Ted Brown; sons, Henry Ray Brown and Jerome Willard "Jerry" Brown, both of Asheboro; brother, John McBride of Concord; sister, Mattie Virginia Buckley of Sandusky, Ohio; three grandsons; one great-granddaughter.

He was a native of Marion, S.C., and a self-employed contractor.

He was a native of Kincheloe, Mich., and a motorcycle dirtbike racer in his youth. He was employed with Moll Industries in Seagrove.

She was a native of Lexington, educated in North Carolina schools, was a 1946 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and attended George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. She retired from Koones & Montgomery Realtors in Washington, D.C., where she was secretary to the president, became an officer in the corporation and a partner in the appraisal work of the company. She was a member of the UNCG Alumnae Association, a member of the Board of Directors of the DC/Maryland YWCA, chairman of the Finance Committee during the building of the YWCA Center, a member of Foundry Methodist Church, Washington, D.C. and a member of the Board of the Adams Farm Homeowners Association in Greensboro.
Surviving is sister, Rebecca Austin of Roanoke, Va.
The family will be at Pugh Funeral Home, Asheboro, noon-1:30 p.m. Thursday.

She was a native of Randolph County, past owner of Asheboro Florist, a retiree from Sew Special, and a former Sunday School teacher, youth director, treasurer and choir member at her church.

He was a native of Springfield, Mo., a World War II U.S. Army veteran, founder and executive director of W.S.T.J. of Asheboro, a retired minister of 40 years and retired from Pinkerton Security Systems.
Surviving are wife, Pauline Talbert Reaves of the home; daughters, Shelia Wiseman of Powhatan, Ohio, Janice Sutherland of Columbia, S.C., Patricia Wiseman and Lisa Hinson, both of Asheboro; sons, Lynn Wiseman of Asheboro, Buck Wiseman of Robbins; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

LIBERTY - William L. Carter, of 235 Pickett Circle, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2002, at Randolph Hospital.

He was a native of Burlington, a graduate of N.C. State University, a member of Phi Psi honorary textile fraternity and a member of the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists. He was a World War II and Korean War U.S. Army veteran, a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Retired Officers Association. He was a clerk and a deacon at his church, an employee of Liberty Hosiery Mill and Randolph Mills Inc. and a teacher at Eastern Randolph High School for 12 years. He was a member of Forest Oaks Country Club, the Rotary Club and the Lions Club.
Surviving are wife, Kathryn McCorquodale Carter of the home; sisters, Virginia Russell of Graham, Barbara Cook and Jean Mitchell, both of Burlington; brothers, Bruce Carter of Graham, Max Carter of Burlington.

She was a native of Montgomery County, the widow of Alton Davis and a former member of T.O.P.S. Club.
