A gathering of remembrance will be 2-3 p.m. Monday at Pugh Funeral Home, Asheboro.
She was a native of Randolph County and worked as a welder in the Norfolk Naval Yard during World War II.
Surviving are daughters, Luanne Fedun of Denton, Denise Armstrong of Orlando, Fla.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

ASHEBORO - Ola Victoria Lunsford Jones, 91, of 413 Jones Road, Asheboro, died Friday, Feb. 14, 2003, at her home.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ridge Funeral Home, Asheboro, with the Rev. Charles A. Lindquist Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Shepherd U.M.C. Cemetery.
She was a native of Stokes County, the widow of Fred Jones, a retired textile worker, a member of Mt. Shepherd United Methodist Church and the former operator of Jones Grocery Store.
Surviving are daughters, Lona J. Sweatt of Asheboro, Phyllis Freedle of the home; brother, Eugene Lunsford of Stoneville; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one stepgreat-grandchild; two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home 12:30-2 p.m. Tuesday.

FRANKLINVILLE - Charles Glenn "Dog" Martin, 56, of 3070 Oak Hollow Trail, died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003, at Randolph Hospital.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Pugh Funeral Home, Randleman, with Dr. Buddy Smith officiating. Burial will be in Faith Temple Baptist Church Cemetery.
He was a native of Guilford County, of the Baptist faith and a self-employed painter.
Surviving are wife, Martha Martin of Franklinville; daughter, Wendy Sue Martin of Greensboro; sons, Michael Paul Martin and Charlie Glenn Martin II, both of Franklinville; sisters, Gina Painter of Monroe, Bobbie Cecil and Teresa Martin, both of Greensboro, Tammy Zimmerman of Julian; brothers, Billy Martin of Callan, Va., Ricky Martin of McLeansville; six grandchildren.

LEXINGTON - Barbara Hodgin McCollum Cloer, 55, of 440 Island View Drive, died Friday, Feb. 14, 2003, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.
Memorial service will be 4 p.m. Tuesday at Denton Wesleyan Church, Denton, where she was a member, with the Rev Charles Moses officiating. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Providence Friends Meeting.
She was a native of Guilford County and a day-care food supervisor at Davidson County Community College.

She was a native of Randolph County and the widow of Jesse C. Davis.

SILER CITY - Henry L. White Jr., 69, of 216 E. Third St., died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003, at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, where he was a member, with the Rev. Jim Wall and the Rev. Clark Davis officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Mountain United Methodist Cemetery, Pittsboro.
He was a native of Marlboro County, S.C., and a retired employee of the N.C. Department of Transportation Signs Division after 18 years. He was previously employed with B.C. Moore & Sons, Jones Department Store and the Jewel Box.
Surviving are daughter, Susan E. White of Virginia Beach, Va.; fiancee, Betty Joan Bowers of Bear Creek; half brother, Carson White; half sisters, Nellie Wood and Addle Taylor, both of Statesville.

She was a native of the Grays Chapel community, the widow of Jesse A. Kearns and a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Ruth Sunday School class, Sunshine Club, Senior Adult choir, Rachel James Circle and a deaconess. She was past matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Randolph Chapter #210 and a volunteer for the Red Cross Bloodmobile.
Surviving are daughter, Jesalyn K. Thomas of Asheboro; son, Joe W. Kearns of Asheboro; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

She was a native of Davidson County, the widow of Tom P. Wong, with whom she had owned and operated The Ding Ho Chinese American Restaurant in Atlanta, and a member of the United Methodist Women.
Surviving are brothers, Kern Varner and Baxter Varner, both of Denton.
