Memorial service will be 4 p.m. Tuesday at Denton Wesleyan Church, Denton, where she was a member, with the Rev. Charles Moses officiating. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Providence Friends Meeting cemetery.
She was a native of Guilford County and a day-care food supervisor at Davidson County Community College.
Surviving are daughter, Jeanie McCollum Holder of Beaufort; son, Joey V. McCollum of Denton; brothers, Mark Hodgin of Virginia Beach, Va., Drew Hodgin of Pleasant Garden; sisters, Carolyn Stone of Pleasant Garden, Marilyn Parris of Franklinville; two granddaughters.
The family will be at the home of Marilyn Parris, 3159 Mack Lineberry Road, Franklinville.

She was a native of Fowler, Kan., a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are sons, Richard L. Nugent of Norwood, Ronald G. Nugent of Kernersville; daughter, Cheryl Hurtado of Hemet, Calif.; eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.

ASHEBORO - Ralph Robert Ratledge, 87, of 1539 Shady Drive, Asheboro, died Monday, Feb. 17, 2003, at Randolph Hospital.
Funeral service will be 8 p.m. Wed-nesday at Pugh Funeral Home, Asheboro. Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Randolph Memorial Park.
He was a native of Lenoir City, Tenn., a World War II U.S. Army veteran and a member of Balfour Baptist Church. He was a former produce manager with Food Lion and Harris-Teeter, a retired worker from Harris Hayes IGA, a Mason and a member of Balfour Lodge No. 188 AF & AM.
Surviving is wife, Helen Vaughn Ratledge of the home.

He was a native of Stokes County, the widower of Doris Kallam Hall and a retired employee of Macfield Inc. He had attended Full Gospel Church in Reidsville.
Surviving are wife, Maggie Blanchard Hall of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy Hall and Carol of the home; sister, Leela Patterson of Danbury; stepdaughter, Margaret Dula of Randleman; two grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; three stepgrandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren.
