Marsha Pat Maliszewski
May 26, 1948 - Dec 5, 2014
Holly Springs - Pat Maliszewski, 66, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2014. In her final hours she was surrounded by her children and took her last breath in their embrace. Her beloved family mirrored her love by reflecting back to her what she always taught them; love abundantly beyond words, show it freely and often.
Pat was born May 26, 1948 to Elmer and Lucille Bell. She was the youngest of four children reared in a family bursting with adventure and genuine spirit. She was married to Randy Maliszewski, and together they raised two children, Shauna and Shea. With an open heart she embraced her son-in-law, Kevin; and daughter-in-law, Angela, and lived her deepest vocation as “Nana” to Brady, Zeke, Anthony, and Alyx.
Pat was a truly gifted and talented woman who succeeded in many professional endeavors. She gave herself fully to the task at hand. Her infectious spirit of generosity and eternal optimism left an indelible mark on the many hearts she came to know and love.If you were blessed to know her, you understood that every smile, every kiss, every hug, every, “I love you", and every ounce of joy was from a place of abundance and authenticity. She embodied the purest gifts of the God she loved. So in the spirit of Nana Pudge; if you have it, then give it! If you need it, then seek out her family or friends. It is through her legacy that the joy of giving will live on. She modeled the way so brilliantly.
To the many who prayed, hoped and even danced for Nana Pudge; we thank you.
