Funeral service was held Aug. 6 at Highland Baptist Church.
Burial followed in Montlawn Memorial Park.

Mrs. Alice I. Palmer Black, 69, of Sanford, died Friday, Aug. 3, 2001, at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, Aug. 8, at 2 p.m. in Blandonia Presbyterian Church in Sanford.
Burial will follow in Lee Memory Gardens.
