He loved sports and was an avid golfer, tennis player and ping-pong player. Bill truly enjoyed the camaraderie of his friends, and we know he will be missed. His kind and generous spirit will live on in the memories of his family and friends.

McLaughlin - Mary C. (Yettman), 87, Lincoln, formerly of Geneva, died Thursday (1/24/2002). Director of lunch program, Geneva High School. She started the hot lunch program for the Geneva schools and served as manager and head cook. Worked full time for the schools for 32 years. Many former students said her lunches, chili and cinnamon rolls were the best. Worked for the Geneva Post Office during World War II, delivering parcel post and serving as substitute carrier. Owned/operated Mac's Cafe and Grocery, Geneva. Member, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Geneva; Altar Society. Big Red, East High Spartan and Geneva Wildcats fan. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her a lot of enjoyment.
