Married, Shirley Ackles (10/30/1954), Sacred Heart Catholic Church, in Burwell. Member, St. Mary's Catholic Church; fourth degree Knights of Columbus; American Legion; V.F.W. Also served: St. Mary's parish council; Aquinas council of administration; David City Zoning Board. Installed with first group of acolytes, 1975, and continued until present. Active in many areas of the church.
