Betka -- Emilye C., 89, Milligan, widow of James, died Saturday (3/29/2003). Born, Milligan.

Core -- James "Jim," 78, Ashland, died Monday (3/31/2003)in Lincoln. Born, Carson, Iowa. Served, U.S. Army, World War II, wounded in combat at the battle for Bastogne, received two purple hearts. Retired auto mechanic.
