Farmed with husband, Saunders County, until 1946. Moved to a farm north of Lyons. Moved east of Lyons, 1949, and built the Lyons Motel, which they operated from 1956-95. Member, St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Active in the Altar Society, where she was president for one year. Enjoyed cooking and was known for her apple pies and kolaches.
