Eugene M. DeMaranville, 78, of Aurora, died Sunday morning, Nov. 14, 1999 at Bryan Hospital in Lincoln.
Funeral services were Wednesday in the Higby Mortuary Chapel. Dr. Joe Scahill officiated. Burial was in the Aurora Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Arlene of Aurora; three sons, Dave DeMaranville of Grand Island, Rod (Marsha) DeMaranville of Stockton, Ill. and Dick (Karen) DeMaranville of Battleground, Wash.; one daughter, Barb (Jerry) Bohnart of Grand Island; one sister, Dorothy Beyer of Grand Island and six grandchildren.
Wesley "Cub" Baehr
Wesley A. "Cub" Baehr, 86, of Aurora, died Friday evening, Nov. 12, 1999 at Hamilton Manor in Aurora.
Funeral services were Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 16 at Presbyterian U.C.C. with Rev. Cathy Allen officiating. Burial was in the Aurora Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Elda of Aurora and one son, Ted Baehr of Santa Barbara, Calif.

Evangeline "Vannie" Ericksen, 90, of Hampton, died Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 9, 1999 at Hamilton Manor in Aurora.
Funeral services were Friday, Nov. 12 at the United Lutheran Church in Hampton. Rev. Shari Duminy officiated. Burial was in the United Lutheran Cemetery in Hampton.
Survivors include her son, Duane Ericksen of Hampton; three daughters, Nell Ericksen of Hampton, Marian Bedinger of Hampton and Dorothy Vergas of Scottsdale, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her brother, Robert Toof of Colorado Springs, Colo. and one sister, Ruth Vetter of Aurora; nieces and nephews.

Services were Monday, Nov. 15 at Metcalf Funeral Home in Lincoln. Burial was in Lincoln Memorial Park.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Maul of Aurora; one sister, Jean (Rev. Former Aurora resident Clifford James, 84, of Elwood, died Thursday, Nov. 11, 1999 in Lexington.

Myrtle F. Danielson, 97, of Aurora, died Sunday evening, Feb. 20, 2000 in Memorial Hospital in Aurora.
Services are Friday at 11 a.m. in the Presbyterian United Church of Christ in Aurora. Rev. Cathy Allen and Rev. Monty Nelson will officiate. Burial will be in the Aurora Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Higby Mortuary.

Former Hampton resident Thelma Elkjer, 77, of San Luis Obispo, Calif., died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2000 at her home.
An ashes scattering ceremony and remembrance gathering will be held March 1 in San Luis Obispo.
Survivors include her sister, Berda Armentrout of San Luis Obispo; one brother, Edmund Elkjer of Kingwood, Tex.; four nieces, one nephew and many cousins and friends.

Services were Friday, June 16 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Giltner. Con-celebrating will be the Revs. Victor Derwinski, Frank Hoelck and John Keefe. Burial was Friday afternoon at the Harvard Cemetery. Memorials are directed to the family.
