Sally Collier
EUFAULA, Calif. -- Sally R. Collier, 58, of Eufaula, Okla., formerly of Litchfield, died Sunday, June 28, 1998, at a local hospital.
Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Litchfield Christian Church. The Rev. Ken Woolery will officiate.
Rasmussen Mortuary of Ravenna is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Collier was born on Aug. 9, 1939, in Litchfield to Vernon and Mabel (Schultz) Eastabrook. She grew up and was educated in Litchfield. She moved to eastern Oklahoma in 1982 and to Eufaula, Okla., eight years ago.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Karen Freeman of Seuigne, Texas, and Kathie Scott of Ansley; two sons, Dallas Hardy of Eufaula and Danny Hardy of Ansley; four grandchildren; and one sister, Willavee Unick of Pleasanton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one brother.
Cleo Crawford
SAC CITY, Iowa -- Cleo R. Crawford, 81, of Sac City, Iowa, died June 25, 1998, at Sac City.
Services were on Monday at the United Methodist Church in Brooks, Iowa. The Rev. John Keiser officiated. Burial was in Evergreen cemetery at Red Oak, Iowa.
Farber and Otteman Funeral Homes were in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Crawford was born on April 3, 1917, in Westby, Wis., to Charles and Ragna (Johnson) Davidson. Following the death of her mother in December 1918, she was cared for by her grandmother, Julia Davidson, for several years. She was then given a permanent home with her aunt and uncle, Alice and Paul Hovde.
She married
James Crawford on March 20, 1946, at Trinity Lutheran Church in LaCrosse, Wis. They lived in Brooks, Iowa, for 40 years.
Because of Mr. Crawford's health, they moved to Wall Lake, Iowa, in 1986 to be near their daughter Patricia and her family.
Mrs. Crawford was a member of the United Methodist Church in Brooks, Iowa, and Order of the Eastern Star Emblem Chapter 64. She worked with various church groups.
Survivors include two daughters, Patricia (Mrs. Tom) Haley of Wall Lake, Iowa, and Lennea Dembowski of Grand Island; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; an infant son, Robert; and two brothers.
Murlin Lindgren
SAN ANSELMO, Calif. -- Murlin W. Lindgren, 81, of San Anselmo, Calif., died Tuesday, June 30, 1998, at a hospital in San Rafael, Calif.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Kleine Funeral Home in Grand Island. The Rev. C. Roger Nelson will officiate. Burial will be in the Grand Island City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the donor's choice.
Area survivors include a sister, Ethel Burrows of Giltner.
Taylor Craig
Taylor Zane Craig, 15 days old, of Grand Island died Monday, Jan. 5, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center.

Janet Casey
ANSLEY -- Janet E. Casey, 56, of Ansley died Saturday, Jan. 3, 1998, at Jennie Melham Medical Center in Broken Bow.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Fundamental Baptist Church in Ansley. Luther Casey will officiate. Burial will be in the Ansley Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow.
Mrs. Casey was born on May 15, 1941, at Huntington, W.Va., to Jeff and Myrtle (Stump) Coleman. She graduated from high school in 1959 at LaVerne, Calif.
She married
Luther Casey on Feb. 18, 1960, in California. They lived in California before moving to Ansley in 1993.
Mrs. Casey was a member of the Fundamental Baptist Church in Ansley.
Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Deanna (Mrs. Mark) Jodeman of Ansley; one son, Brian Casey of Pensacola, Fla.; seven grandchildren; four sisters, Erie Pelfrey of Etiwanda, Calif., Lillian Casey of Redding, Calif., Phyllis Johnston of Doraville, Ga., and Ann Welman of Huntington, W.Va.; and one brother, Lester Coleman of LaVerne, Calif.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Thomas Connely
SARGENT -- Thomas Calvin Connely, 71, of Sargent died Dec. 26, 1997, at Goli Medical Center in Sargent.
Mr. Connely was cremated. There were no services. Rhoad Funeral Home of Sargent was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Connely was born on April 27, 1926, in Custer County to Floyd and Rachel (Olson) Connely. He attended rural school in Somerford Valley and graduated from Sargent High School in 1944. He was a farmer and rancher in the Somerford area.
He married
Donna Ashburn, and they were later separated.
Survivors include a nephew, Allison Miller; a niece, Lisa; and a special friend, Nora Marsden of British Columbia, Canada.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Miller.
Barbara Freeman
SARGENT -- Barbara M. Freeman, 42, of Sargent died Sunday, Jan. 4, 1998, at Goli Medical Center in Sargent.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sargent. The Rev. Mike McDonald will officiate with burial in Cottonwood cemetery in Burwell.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m., with a rosary at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday at Rhoad Funeral Home in Sargent.
Memorials are suggested to the family's choice.
Mrs. Freeman was born on Oct. 5, 1955, at Neligh to Paul and Charlotte (Fritz) Hoefer. They lived in Elgin, and she attended St. Boniface's Catholic School there. She graduated from Pope John High School in Elgin in 1973.
She did office work for Grothie Feedlot and then worked for the Antelope County assessor's office in Neligh and the Neligh Steak House.
She married
Lee Freeman on May 1, 1976, in Elgin. They lived at Sargent. She worked at the Dairy Sweet, the Silver Dollar Cafe and the livestock barn. She kept books for Sargent Oil. The Freemans purchased D&D; Service in 1980, and Mrs. Freeman did the book work for the station. She was active in the Sargent Chamber of Commerce and a softball league and was very active in SWATS and the reading program at the library.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sargent.
Survivors include her husband; one son, Dustin of Kearney; two daughters, Duana and Denise, both at home; her parents, of Elgin; three brothers, Ron Hoefer of Lincoln, Brian Hoefer of Friend and Dan Hoefer of Converse, Texas; and two sisters, Beverly (Mrs. Dan) Marten of Norfolk and Lori (Mrs. Russ) Rezny of Wilbur.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Heather; and an infant sister, Linda.
