WISNER - Services for Dale Rabe, 85, Wisner, will be Saturday, Oct. 30, at 2 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wisner with the Rev. James Carretto officiating. Burial will be in the Wisner Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Kuzelka-Minnick Funeral Home in Wisner and continue Saturday after 11 a.m. at the church. Mr. Rabe died Monday, Oct. 25, 2004, at St. Francis Memorial Hospital.

O'NEILL - Services for Florence Rutherford, 92, Page, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, at Faith Community Church in O'Neill with burial in the Page Cemetery. The Rev. Dennis Hampton will officiate. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. She died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2004, at the Plainview Manor.

Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Sunday at Brockhaus Funeral Home in Verdigre. He died Friday, Oct. 22, 2004, at Alpine Village in Verdigre.

He died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2004, at Wolf Memorial Good Samaritan Center.

PETERSBURG - Services for Richard "Dick" Foss, former mayor of Petersburg, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church here with the Rev. Frank Baumert officiating. Inurnment will be in the parish cemetery at later date. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Friday at Huffman's Brooks Chapel in Elgin and after 7 p.m. at the church with a wake at 7:30 p.m. Age 74, he died at home Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2004.

Services for Robert ''Blackie'' Tibbs, 81, Norfolk, were Oct. 28 at First Congregational United Church of Christ. The Rev. Don Huber officiated with military rites by American Legion Post 16 and VFW Post 1644 at Prospect Hill Cemetery. He died Monday, Oct. 25, 2004.

Visitation will be until 8 p.m. Monday, with family present 6-8 p.m. and a prayer service at 7 p.m., at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City and resume for an hour before service at the church. He died Friday, Oct. 22, 2004, at a Sioux City hospital.

AINSWORTH - Services for Edna Hallock, 91, Ainsworth, were Monday, Oct. 25, at the United Methodist Church. The Revs. Galen Wray and Mary Jensen officiated with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery. She died Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004, at Brown County Hospital.
