NORFOLK -- Katie E. Norskov, 70, of Norfolk, formerly of Albion, died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2001, at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas.
Services are pending with Levander Funeral Home in Albion.
Russell Burson
HARRISON, Ark. -- Russell G. Burson, 72, of Harrison, Ark., formerly of Burwell, died Monday, Feb. 26, 2001, in Harrison.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Burwell with the Rev. Jane Ellefson officiating. Burial will be in Cottonwood cemetery in Burwell.
Visitation will be one hour before services at the church.
Memorials are suggested to hospice.

Marie Hutchings
ARLINGTON, Mass. -- Marie W. Hutchings, 83, of Arlington, Mass., formerly of Grand Island, died Jan. 25, 2001, in Arlington.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Grand Island. Services and burial have occurred in Arlington.
Memorials are suggested to St. Pauls Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
Ella Richardson
LITTLETON, Colo.-- Ella S. Richardson, 84, of Littleton, Colo., died Monday, Feb. 26, 2001.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary in Littleton. Burial will be in Chapel Hill cemetery in Littleton. Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home in Lincoln is in charge of local arrangements.
Mrs. Richardson was born June 18, 1916, in Hewitt, Minn., to William and Viola Bush. She graduated from Alda High School in 1935.
She married
Verne C. Richardson on May 14, 1938. She and her husband founded the Alda Alumni Association in 1971.
Survivors include two sons, Gaylord "Gene" Richardson of Littleton and Norman D. Richardson of Chadron; one sister, Mildred Layman of Lincoln; one brother, Charles Bush of Cheyenne, Wyo.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; infant daughters, Sharon Rose and Sheila Rae; one brother, Billie Bush; and sisters Marie Bush and Jessie Anderson.
Mary Ann Indra
Mary Ann Indra, 49, of Grand Island died Saturday, February 17, 2001, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Leo's Catholic Church. The Revs. Jack Rademacher and Harold R. Kurtenbach will officiate. Interment will be in the Grand Island City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday with a Scripture Wake Service at 7 p.m. at St. Leo's Catholic Church. Memorials are suggested to the family. Curran Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
J.A. 'Sonny' Jones
J.A. 'Sonny' Jones Jr., 30, of Grand Island died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001, at Atlantic, Iowa.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Mission Park Funeral Chapel South in San Antonio, Texas. Brother Kenneth Brown will officiate.
He was employed as a high iron worker at the time of his death.
Mr. Jones was born Nov. 5, 1970, at San Antonio, Texas, to J.A. 'Sonny' and Debbie (Campbell) Jones. He attended Samuel Clemens High School where he was active in FFA. He played baseball for St. Hedwig Catholic Youth Organization and was a member of the Guadalupe County 4-H club. Mr. Jones was a member of the Kirby Baptist Church.
He is survived by four children, LeeAnne, Kara, Justin and Chelsea; his parents of Seguin, Texas; and one sister Marvelann Jones.
Evelyn Luth
Evelyn M. Luth, 82, of Grand Island died Sunday, Feb. 18, 2001, at her home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Apfel-Butler-Geddes Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in the Nelson cemetery in Nelson.
Visitation will from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to Hereditary Neurological Disease Center in Wichita, Kan., or the Masonic Children's Home in Fremont.
Jack Niemoth
Jack L. Niemoth, 42, of Grand Island died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Grand Island with a family prayer service at 10:15 a.m. in the chapel of the church. Burial will be in the Grand Island City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home.
Memorials are suggested to the donor's choice.
Mr. Niemoth was born Nov. 18, 1958, in Grand Island to Lavern and Edith (Quandt) Niemoth. He lived all his life in the Grand Island area. He graduated from Northwest High School in 1975 and from Central Community College in Hastings with an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Agriculture and Horticulture.
He married
Marlene Trentman on Nov. 15, 1997, in Grand Island. At the time of his death, he was active in farming.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Hall County Farm Bureau Board, president of Hall County Weed Control Board, member of Hall County Airport Authority for 13 years, member of the St. Libory Quick Response Team, member of the St. Libory Fire Department for 11 years, served as president of the Twin Loup Mutual Aid for one year and was a member of the Platt-Duetsche Society.
Survivors include his wife; his mother; three sisters, Mary Ann Niemoth of Hastings, Linda Bruha of Grand Island and Susan Niemoth of Grand Island; and one brother, John Niemoth of Valley.
He was preceded in death by his father.

May Sypherd, 101, of Lakeview Nursing Center died Sunday, Feb. 18, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center.
