Robert J. Davison, DEERING

DEERING - Robert J. Davison, 73, of West Deering, died Saturday at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Manchester.
He was born in Hillsboro, the son of the George and Glee Davison Sr. He was a 1943 graduate of Hillsboro-Deering High School.
Prior to his retirement, e was a machine operator for GTE Sylvania for 27 years.
He was a life member of VFW No. 8268 of Bennington and the Disabled American Veterans of Manchester. He was a member of the Gleason-Young American Legion No. 59 of Hillsboro and St. Mary's Church of Hillsboro.
He served with the U.S. Navy during World War II from 1943 to 1946 and was an Airman 1st class with the U.S. Air Force from 1951 to 1955.
He was predeceased by a son, Barry who died in 1960, and a brother, George Davison Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Delores (Rooney) Davison of Deering; two sons, Brian Davison of Concord and Brett Davison of Hillsboro; a daughter, Brenda Bill of Concord; a brother, Roland Davison of Manchester; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
There are no calling hours.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Woodbury and Son Funeral Home, 32 School St., Hillsboro. The Rev. Andre Bedard will officiate.
Burial will be in the spring in the Maple Avenue Cemetery in Hillsboro.
William H. Parent, KEENE

KEENE - William H. Parent, 76, of Court Street in Keene, died Saturday morning in Genesis Eldercare Keene Center after a period of failing health.
He was born in Lima, Ohio, the son of William and Alice (Hall) Parent.
Parent lived in Barnstead from 1947 to 1977. He then moved to Franklin where he lived until 1987. He became a resident of New Mexico and moved to Keene in 1995.
He worked for more than 25 years as a credit analyst for Dunn and Bradstreet.
He was a veteran of World War II, where he served as a staff sergeant with the U.S. Army Infantry. He was among the many who landed in France during the liberation of Paris, and also in the liberation of death camps in Czechoslovakia. He received many decorations, including a Purple Heart for wounds sustained in the Battle of the Bulge.
He is survived by two sons, Theodore Parent of Keene and Phillip Parent of Aukland, New Zealand; three grandchildren; and one sister, Alice Louise Parent of New York City.
There are no funeral services or visiting hours.
Burial will be private.

Laramie E. Gilpatric, BRIDGEWATER

BRIDGEWATER - Laramie E. Gilpatric, 72, of River Road, died Saturday at his home.
He was born in Bristol, the son of Raymond and Violet (Jenness) Gilpatric.
He attended area schools and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict.
Prior to his retirement he worked for the N.H. Department of Fish and Game for 21 years, mostly at the New Hampton fish hatchery.
He was a member of the Durand Haley Post No. 66, American Legion, in Plymouth and the National Rifle Association.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane (Lovett) Gilpatric of Bridgewater; five sons, Lawrence Gilpatric, Russell Gilpatric and Raymond Gilpatric, all of Bridgewater, Michael Gilpatric of Bristol and William Gilpatric of Rumney; a daughter, Marsha Bausor of New Hampton; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Patricia Sliva of Pembroke and Danice Sliva of Concord.
There are no calling hours. Graveside services in the Gilpatric family cemetery will be held in the spring.

HENNIKER - Jeremy W. Palmer, 22, of Henniker, died Jan. 12 in Baton Rouge, La.
He was born in Oxnard, Calif., the son of Mark Palmer of Oxnard, Calif., and Dallis Lynn (Carroll) Kazmirchuk of Henniker.
He worked for Granite State Lumber in Henniker, Michie Corporation in Henniker and Excalibur Shelving in Contoocook.
He is survived by his father and mother; and two sisters, Stacy Palmer and Stephanie Kazmirchuk, both of Henniker.
There are no calling hours.
Funeral services and burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

BARNSTEAD - Amy H. McLellan, 66, of Bow Lake Road, died Sunday at home after a long illness.
She was born in Wayland, Mass., the daughter of Erich and Ruth (Billings) Nilges.
She lived in Marlboro, Mass., Laconia and Londonderry before moving to Barnstead in 1985.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frederic McLellan.
She is survived by a son, Erich McLellan of Belmont; two daughters, Cheryl Duerden of Provo, Utah, and Diane McLellan of Laconia; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandsons; a brother, Arthur Nilges of California; two sisters, Ruth Korpi of Maynard, Mass., and Edith Gallant of Wellfleet, Mass.; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at the Perkins Funeral Home, 60 Main St., Pittsfield.
A funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. Bishop Richard Duerden, McLellan's son-in-law, of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints will officiate. Entombment will take place after the service in Riverview Cemetery, Barnstead. Burial will be in the spring.

CENTER BARNSTEAD - Ruth H. Martin, 102, of South Barnstead Road, died Sunday at the New Hampshire Odd Fellows Home, Concord.
She was born in Kilmichael, Miss., the daughter of Robert and Lottie (Greene) Harrison.
She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Martin; and a daughter, Ruth Guilbeau.
She is survived by a son, Charles Martin of Mattapoisett, Mass.; a daughter, Mary Meredith of Center Barnstead; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Carace Walker of Oxford, Miss.
Services will be private.

EPSOM - Mildred E. "Millie" Mason, 70, a former Concord resident, died Friday at Hospice House in Concord.
She was born in Nelson, the daughter of Frank and Mildred (Sherrick) Kendall.
She was employed at Sears for more that 20 years.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Heartbreak City Fan Club. She was an avid fan of country music.
She was predeceased by two sons, Bruce and David.
She is survived by a son, Ronald Mason of Menlo Park, Calif.; a daughter, Jacqueline Mason of Allenstown; and four grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N. Main St., Concord.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 90 Clinton St., Concord. Bishop Harry Hadaway Jr. will officiate. Interment will take place after the service in Blossom Hill Cemetery, Concord.

Lucian S. Hildreth, 81, of West Road, died yesterday at Concord Hospital.
He was born in Concord, the son of Samuel and Camilla (Stillings) Hildreth.
He owned and operated a dairy farm in Canterbury for many years. He also was a longtime school bus driver for the Canterbury School District.
He was a member of the Canterbury School Board and the Canterbury building committee for the elementary school, a member of the New Hampshire Farm Bureau, the Merrimack River No. 4 Grange in Canterbury, and the Paraplane Fliers of Canterbury. He was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist in Concord and the Chistian Scientist Mother Church in Boston. He also was an avid snowmobile rider.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ellen (Nelson) Hildreth of Canterbury; a son, Joel Hildreth of Canterbury; a daughter, Rebecca Hildreth of Chestnut Hill, Mass.; a brother, Norton Hildreth, of Edgewater, Fla.; a sister, Lucille Keeler of Okeechobee, Fla.; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by a son, David Hildreth, in 1959.
Calling hours will be held tomorrow from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Bennett Funeral Home, 209 North Main Street, Concord.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with a reader from the First Church of Christ Scientist officiating.
Burial will be in Maplegrove Cemetery in Canterbury at the convenience of the family.

NORTHFIELD - Kimberly Elizabeth Ferris, 40, of Shaw Road, died Saturday at the Franklin Regional Hospital.
She was born in Hicksville, N.Y., the daughter of Henry and Dorothy (Tanner) Von Fricken. She lived in Northfield for six years, moving there from Long Island, N.Y.
She was a graduate of Smithtown High School West in Long Island, N.Y.
She worked as a Certified Nurse's Assistant for the Peabody Home in Franklin and at the Merrimack County Nursing Home.
Survivors include her husband, Stephen Ferris of Northfield; a daughter, Elizabeth Ferris of Northfield; her father, of Farmington; four brothers, Henry Von Fricken of Mifflintown, Pa., James Von Fricken of Pittsfield, Steven Von Fricken of St. James, N.Y. and Roy Von Fricken of Ronkonkoma, N.Y.; three sisters, Joyce Von Fricken of Sayville, N.Y., Allison Ford of Barnstead and Erika Cloutier of Bow; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends and relatives may call the Boutwell and Hussey-Wiren Funeral Home, 190 North Main St., Concord, from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. tomorrow at St. Peter's Church in Concord, with the Rev. Rafal Kopystynski officiating.
Burial will be in the spring.
