Lillian S. Rubba (nee Dress), 91, of Hammonton, died September 1, 2006, at The Fountains in Atco.
Born in Pine Grove, Pa., she lived in Hammonton since 1949. Lillian served in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant Nurse at the Walter Reed Hospital during World War II. She was a member of the Hammonton American Legion Post 186, Catholic Daughters of America Queen of Apostates and Hammonton Senior Citizens.
Predeceased by: husband, Dr. Russell Rubba. Surviving her are: children, Russell and his wife Mildred of Hammonton, Mary Hartig and her husband John of Williams Bay, Wis, Matthew and his fiancée Anne of Voorhees, Diane Gentile and her husband Attilio of Sicklerville; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends attended a Mass of Christian Burial St. Joseph R.C. Church on September 9. Burial followed at Greenmount Cemetery.

John D. Fanelli, 62, of the Elm section of Winslow Township died September 6, 2006, at Shore Memorial Hospital.
Born in Hammonton, he was a lifelong resident of the Hammonton and Elm area. Mr. Fanelli worked for the Hammonton Public School system. He previously worked for St. Joseph’s School system and Whitehall Laboratories both in Hammonton. Mr. Fanelli was a United States Army Reserves veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed woodworking, landscaping and remodeling. He was an avid hunter, and he enjoyed competitive muzzleloader shooting. He was a member of the Pennsylvania Federation of Black Powder Shooters Inc., Pine Meadows Gun Club, and the South Jersey Shooting Club. He was a member of St. Martin de Porres R.C. Church where he frequently served as an usher.
Predeceased by: parents, John Fanelli and Ida Fanelli-Pencek. Surviving him are: wife, Bernadette Fanelli (nee Bilazzo); son, John Rocco Fanelli and his wife Deirdre of Hammonton; granddaughter, Josephine Elizabeth Fanelli; brother, Charles Fanelli of Hammonton.

Jean R. Capella, 96, of Elm, died September 7, 2006, at the Wm. B. Kessler Memorial Hospital.
Born in Hammonton, she was a lifelong area resident. She was a retired bookkeeper for John L. Capelli, Inc. She was a member of the Altar Rosary Society of St. Joseph’s R.C. Church.
Predeceased by: brother, Frank Capella; sisters, Josephine Pearson, Mary Miragliotta, Anna Mafodda and Catherine Cassetta. Surviving her are: niece, Marian Natale and her husband Joe; nephew, Dominick Cassetta all of Hammonton; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces; great-nephews.

Catherine M. Harper (nee Murray), 88, of Hammonton, died September 6, 2006.
Mrs. Harper retired from New Jersey Bell as a telephone operator. She was a member of the Elmtowne Crafters and volunteered for both the American Red Cross and the Wm. B. Kessler Memorial Hospital.
Predeceased by: husband, Charles H. Harper. Surviving her are: children, Charles H. Harper Jr. of Egg Harbor, Catherine McClaskey of Elkton, Md., Diane Thompson of Pittsgrove, Georgeanne Tutanjian of Toms River; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

Ronald F. Storey, 48, of Cologne, died September 3, 2006, at his residence.
Born in Vineland, he spent most of his life in Hammonton before moving to Cologne six years ago. He was a member of the Double Barrel Gun Club in Cologne. Ronnie was an avid hunter and fisherman and he enjoyed gardening. He formerly worked as a boat mechanic for Ocean Yachts of Lower Bank.
Surviving him are: wife, Beth Storey (nee McClintock); mother, Rose M. Storey of Hammonton; brothers, Michael J. Storey and his wife Kacey, Herbert C. Storey all of Hammonton; sisters, Helenann Johnson and her husband Dale of Tauton, Mass., Debbie Ford and her husband Robert of Hammonton, Rosemarie Fedeli and her husband Luigi of Egg Harbor Township; brother-in-law, Eric McClintock and his wife Debbie of Williamstown; sister-in-law, Kathryn McClintock of Atco; many nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the Floor Layers Union Local No. 1823 of Philadelphia, Pa.

Born in Hammonton, she was a lifelong resident. She retired in 1965 as a machine operator for many local clothing companies.
Predeceased by: daughter, Rosemarie Romeo. Surviving her are: children, Beatrice Ingemi and her husband John of Hammonton, Tony DeMarco and his wife Joann of Virginia; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.

Gloria Rosier (nee Leonardo), 82, of Folsom, died September 20, 2006, at St. Agnes Medical Center in Philadelphia.
Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Rosier was raised in Atlantic City and was a long time resident of Stratford. She was a graduate of Holy Spirit High School class of 1942.
Predeceased by: husband, Earl Rosier. Surviving her are: daughter, Noelle Delfino and her husband Sam of Folsom; granddaughters, Marissa, Jenna, Samantha; best friend, Mary Holman of Northfield.

Howard Lynch Dickerson, 87, of Salisbury, Md. died September 25, 2006, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
Born in Delmar, Del., he attended Delmar High School. He was in the Civilian Conservation Corp (CCC) stationed in the Snow Hill Camp. He was in the Delaware National Guard stationed at Fort Miles. He was involved in the trucking industry and at one time was the largest post office mail contractors in the area and a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers. For a time, he enjoyed owning and racing horses, and was a member of the United States Trotting Association. He enjoyed CB radio operation and his handle was Night Rider.
Predeceased by: parents, Elijah Ellis and Rose Ellen Miller Dickerson; son, Robert Fulton Dickerson; brothers, Samuel Frazier Dickerson, Elijah John Dickerson, Ralph Edward Dickerson, William Washington Dickerson; sister, Myrtle May Dickerson McCauley. Surviving him are: wife of 65 years, Ireva Bayly Dickerson; sons, Howard Dickerson and his wife Ramona of Delmar, Alan Dickerson and his wife Mollie of Salisbury; grandson Robert Dickerson and his wife Marianna of Hammonton; granddaughters, Tracy Dickerson of Hammonton, Lisa Dennis and her husband Keith of Salisbury, Megan Dickerson, Susan Dickerson of Delmar, Emily Ludwig, Erika Ludwig both of Phillipsburg; great-grandsons, Zachary, Ryan Dickerson, Colin, Gavin Dennis; several nieces and nephews; loving dog, Tessa.

William J. Paolello Sr., 66, of Blue Anchor, died September 21, 2006, at Virtua Hospital in Berlin.
Born in Glen Ridge, he lived in Blue Anchor for the past 42 years. He retired in 2002 as a carpenter for the state of New Jersey working at Ancora Hospital for 24 years and the last four years at Vineland Developmental Center. He was the past president of the Camden County 4H and a former member of the New Jersey Forest Fire Service. He loved spending time with his grandson, fishing, gardening and trips to Lancaster.
Surviving him are: beloved wife, Barbara (nee Shay); children, Karen Simonsen and her husband James of Tuckerton, Carol Zarrella and her husband Joseph of Cedar Brook, Joyce Midure and her husband Guy of Waterford, William Paolello Jr. and his wife Teresa of Mullica Hill; sister, Eleanor Heggan and her husband Gerald of Atco; brother, Joseph and his wife Joann of Florida; grandchildren, Mitchell Paolello, Kenneth Simonsen, Austin Paolello, Dominic Midure, Daniel Paolello, Joseph Zarrella Jr.; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donald J. Finch, 77, of Blue Anchor, died September 23, at Virtua Hospital in Berlin.
Born in Hammonton, he lived in Blue Anchor for the past 22 years. He was a retired equipment operator for Jersey Construction Company in Atco and a member of the Local Teamsters Union 676. He served in the United States Army during Korea and was a former member of the Millville V.F.W. and Gloucester City Police Auxiliary.
Surviving him are: wife, Jennie (nee Bellace); sons, Donald R. Finch of Vineland, Vernon E. Finch of Florida, Bryan Jacobson of Iona, Idaho; daughter, Violet D. Byington of Idao Falls, Idaho.; stepsons, Lee Reitz of Florida, Robert Reitz of Blue Anchor; brothers, Claude Finch of Millville, Lewis Wells, Stanley Wells both of Indian Mills; sisters, Dorothy Simpkins of Millville, Lois Balderman of Atco, Darlene Rotondo of Waterford, Gladys Lazarcheck of Florida; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.

Anthony G. Troiano, M.D., of Hammonton died September 24 at Kessler Memorial Hospital.
Born in Newark, N.J., he lived in Hammonton for the past 12 years. Dr. Troiano was a forensic psychiatrist at Ancora Psychiatric Hospital, where he was head of the department. He also worked at Kessler Memorial Hospital, the Heritage Assisted Living Facility and Innova Health Care, all in Hammonton.
Dr. Troiano is survived by his wife Darlene (nee Welender); his mother Marie Troiano of Belleville, N.J.; three sons: James Troiano of High Springs, Fla., Anthony Troiano, of Norman Beach, Fla. and Michael Troiano of Gainesville, Fla.; one brother, the Honorable James J. Troiano, one sister: Rae Ann Allora, of Scotch Plains, N.J.; 16 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and his second family members: Larry S. Dentz, Stephanie A. Compton, Anthony J. Dentz and Jeffrey S. Dentz.

Born in Stratford, he was a lifelong area resident. He was a retired equipment operator with Local Union No. 542 in Pennsylvania. Mr. Donio was a member of the Winslow Fire Company, St. Lucy’s Church, and he was a Third Degree Member of the Williamstown Knights of Columbus.
Surviving him are: wife, Carol Z.
