Before retiring in 1984, he worked for Paul O. Abbe Co., Little Falls, for 25 years.
He was a crossing guard for School 1, Clifton.
An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7165, Clifton, and American Legion Post 121, Little Falls.
He was a member of First Reformed Church, Little Falls.
Arrangements: Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, Little Falls.

EUGENE S. BALAZS, 66, of New Milford died Thursday.
Before retiring five years ago, he was a sheet metal worker with Union Local 28, New York City.
He was a Coast Guard veteran.
He was a parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Oradell.
Arrangements: Riewerts Memorial Home, Bergenfield.

JOSEPH A. "COBBY" CAGGIANO, 68, of Clifton, formerly of Lyndhurst, died Wednesday.
He was a funeral director and owned Vander Plaat Colonial Home, Fair Lawn, for 16 years.
A Navy veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3549 and American Legion Post 139, both in Lyndhurst, and the U.S. Navy Memorial and the Navy League of the United States, both in Washington, D.C.
He was a parishioner of St Anne R.C. Church, Fair Lawn, a charter member of the Funeral Ethics Association, and a member of the Fair Lawn Chamber of Commerce and the National and New Jersey State funeral directors associations.
He was a graduate of the American Academy of Funeral Service, New York City.
Arrangements: Vander Plaat Colonial Home, Fair Lawn.

ANNA BENINCASA CAPIROSSI, 96, of Hackensack died Thursday.
She was born in Italy.
She was a parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church and a member of the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Society and the Third Order of St. Francis, all in Hackensack.
Arrangements: G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, Hackensack.

JOSEPH DANKO, 63, of Paterson died Wednesday.
He had been an ironworker with Union Local 483, Newark, where he worked for 40 years.
He was a parishioner of St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson.
Arrangements: Moore's Home for Funerals, Wayne.

JOSEPH A. DELLA FAVE, 55, of West Orange, formerly of Hasbrouck Heights, died Wednesday.
He was an account manager for S & L Zeppetelli Sanitation Co., Moonachie, where he worked for 10 years.
Arrangements: Vander May Wayne Colonial Funeral Home, Wayne.

FRANK J. DeMUTH, 83, of Dover Township, formerly of Glen Rock, died Wednesday.
Before retiring in 1987, he was a welder for Welding Supply Co., Elmwood Park, where he worked for 55 years.
He was a former member of the Great Kills Yacht Club, Staten Island.
Arrangements: Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Toms River.

MARION H. McMAHON DISS, 84, of Foley, Ala., formerly of West Milford and Maywood, died Tuesday. Before retiring, she was a registered industrial nurse for Lever Bros., Edgewater, where she worked for 24 years.
Arrangements: Richards Funeral Home, West Milford.

JONATHAN FENIELLO, 18, of Hasbrouck Heights died Thursday.
He had attended Bergen Catholic High School, Oradell, and was a 1996 graduate of Hasbrouck Heights High School.
He was a parishioner of Corpus Christi R.C. Church, Hasbrouck Heights.
Arrangements: Costa Memorial Home, Hasbrouck Heights.

MARCELLOUS HALL, 69, of Englewood died Wednesday.
Before retiring five years ago, he was a self-employed farmer in Richlands, N.C.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was a former member of the Harrison Chapel AME Church, Richlands.
Arrangements: Nesbitt Funeral Home, Englewood.
