CHARLES L. JOHNSON, 55, of Wayne died Saturday. Before retiring in 1995, he was president of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce for 20 years. Previously, he was a Realtor with John Weiss Realtors, Wayne. He was a Coast Guard veteran. He founded the Fallon Education Center, Wayne. He was past president of the Rotary Club, Wayne, and an officer of the Charter Club. He was a member of the Montclair and Garden State Ski clubs. Arrangements: Moore's Home for Funerals, Wayne.
EDWARD J. KENNEDY JR., 75, of Teaneck died April 29. Before retiring in 1984, he was a bank credit analyst for Citibank in New York City. A Marine Corps Veteran of World War II, he was a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, both in Teaneck. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Bogota. HELMUT W. KUCK, 75, of New Milford died Monday. Born in Germany, he came to the United States in 1952. Before retiring in 1985, he was a mechanic for the Brewster Construction Co., Hackensack, where he worked for 30 years. Subsequently, he was a mechanic for the Little Falls Asphalt Co. for 10 years. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local 825, the Steinauer Club, the Bergen Kickers Soccer Club, and AARP. Arrangements: Boulevard Funeral Home, New Milford.

Church, Little Ferry. She was a member of the Moonachie Seniors and the Moonachie Democratic Club, and a past member of the Moonachie Fire Department Auxiliary.
