DONALD B. MIKSITS, 62, of Clifton died Thursday. Before retiring in 1991, he was assistant manager of capital budgets for Bell Atlantic, Newark, where he worked for 37 years. He was an Army veteran. He was a parishioner of St. Paul R.C. Church, Clifton, where he was an usher. He was a member of the Dutch Hill Residence Association, Clifton, and the Telephone Pioneers of America. ALFRED H. NASH JR., 69, of Saddle River, formerly of Washington Township, died Thursday. He owned Nash Distributors Inc., Carlstadt, for many years. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 130, Westwood, and a recipient of the Purple Heart.
