Before retiring in 1993, he was a manager and machinist at Sims Pump and Valve Co., Hoboken, where he worked for 31 years.
More recently, he was an inspector for Pocono Machine Shop, Stroudsburg, Pa.
He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War.

She was a member of Hadassah and Temple Emanuel, Woodcliff Lake.
She was a former councilwoman in River Vale and had served on the Tenafly local assistance board and the Bergen Community College advisory board on disabilities.
She was secretary of the Columbia University Alumni Club of Bergen and Passaic counties.
