He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II.

Before retiring in 1980, he was a manager for Management Consultants, Newark.
He was a parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Bogota.

HENRY JOSEPH SCHOENMAKERS of Mahwah, formerly of Ramsey, Waldwick, and Hoboken, died Tuesday.
He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War.
He was a parishioner of St. Paul R.C. Church, Ramsey, and a former parishioner of St. Luke R.C. Church, Waldwick.
He was a former member of the Ramsey Country Club, the Elks, Wayne; and the Knights of Columbus, Waldwick.

MARY A. GRIFFIN WESTERGAARD, 73, of Paterson died Thursday.
She was a parishioner of St. Mary R.C. Church, Paterson, and a member and past president of its Seniors.

JOAN GREENHALGH WINTERS of Totowa, formerly of Wayne, died Wednesday.
She owned and was chief executive of Fountains of Wayne furniture store, Wayne, for more than 40 years.
Previously, she was a teacher at Hawthorne High School.
She was a graduate of Montclair State College.
She was a member of Madison Avenue Baptist Church, Paterson.
