EDWARD BRIZZOLARA, 97, of Hasbrouck Heights, formerly of Hoboken, died Friday.
Before retiring, he was a mechanic for the city of Hoboken.
Arrangements: Hennessey-Powell Funeral Home, Hasbrouck Heights.

EVELYN BROOKS, 79, of Clifton died Saturday.
Before retiring in 1986, she was a clerk for Bendix Corp., Teterboro, where she worked for 45 years.
She was a parishioner of St. Clare R.C. Church, Clifton, where she was a member of the Leisure Club.
Arrangements: Powell-Marrocco Funeral Home, Passaic.

MONA MAY EISLEY BROWN, 82, of Paterson died Thursday.
She was a member of the Madison Avenue Christian Reformed Church, Paterson.
Arrangements: Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home, Elmwood Park.

CHARLES T. BULTMAN, 69, of Bogota died Friday.
Before retiring in 1981, he was a supervisor for the Bowery Savings Bank, New York City, where he worked for 33 years.
He also had been a custodian at the Bogota Borough Hall for 11 years and served as the assistant recycling coordinator of Bogota.
He was a life member of the Bogota Fire Department, where he served as former chief, and was a life member and past captain of Bogota Hook and Ladder Company 1.
He was a life member of the Bogota Exempt Firemen's Association and the New Jersey and New York Firemen's associations, a member of the New Jersey State Fire Chiefs Association, and president of the Bogota Relief Association.

MARION M. CASTLES, 80, of Lyndhurst died Thursday.
Arrangements: Thomas J. Diffily Funeral Home, Rutherford.

CLARA LOUISE DAW, 89, of Durham, N.C., formerly of Norwood, died Wednesday.
She had been a volunteer at Bergen Regional Medical Center, Paramus, where she was activities coordinator.
She also had been a volunteer for the American Cancer Society.
She was a member of the Norwood Presbyterian Church, and was active in the women's association.
Arrangements: Moritz Funeral Home, Closter.

DANIEL DEMERASKI, 67, of Hackensack died Thursday.
Before retiring, he was a security guard for Burke Security, Buffalo, N.Y.
Arrangements: Hackensack Funeral Home.

SALVATORE ANTHONY DE ROSA, 87, of Hackensack died Friday.
Before retiring, he was a tractor-trailer driver for the St. Joseph Paper Co., South Hackensack, where he worked for 31 years.
He was a charter member and the oldest member of the Hackensack Troast Athletic Club, where he was twice voted man of the year.
Arrangements: Trinka-Faustini Funeral Home, Maywood.

LINDA M. FIRENZE, 85, of Northvale died Saturday.
She was a parishioner of St. Anthony R.C. Church, Northvale.
Arrangements: Moritz Funeral Home, Closter.

TIMOTHY J. FITZGIBBON JR., 60, of Teaneck and Fleischmans, N.Y., died Friday.
Before retiring in 1996, he was an engineer for the New York City Board of Education.
He was a graduate of the Pratt Institute, Brooklyn.
He was parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Bogota, and was a member of Bogota-Teaneck Council of the Knights of Columbus.
Arrangements: Volk-Leber Funeral Home, Teaneck.

BEATRICE A. DOTTER FRISCO, 90, of Oakland, formerly of Hawthorne, died Saturday.
She was a parishioner of St. Anthony R.C. Church, Hawthorne, of which her family was one of the founding families.
She was a member of the Hawthorne Jolly Seniors and a former Democratic County Committeewoman.
Arrangements: Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, Hawthorne.

THEODORE GAUGLER, 89, of Paterson died Saturday.
Before retiring in 1984, he was a contractor and builder for 60 years and a partner in Gaugler Bros. Builders Inc.
During World War II, he built U.S. government bases in Greenland.
He was a member of the Fair Lawn Athletic Club.

RAPHAEL JOSEPH "RAY" GUIDETTI, 77, of Rutherford died Thursday.
Before retiring in 1987, he was a production manager for Metal Improvement Co., Carlstadt, where he worked for 15 years.
A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a member of Amvets Post 20, Lyndhurst.
He was a parishioner of St. Mary R.C. Church, Rutherford.
He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 2396 and AARP Chapter 4866, both in Lyndhurst, and the Starfish, Rutherford.

DAVID WRIGHT HEMSWORTH, 60, of Lyndhurst died Wednesday.
Before retiring two years ago, he was a state parole officer in Clifton, where he worked for 23 years.
An Army veteran, he was a member of the national branch of the American Legion and of the Policemen's Benevolent Association.

ELMER HOFFMANN, 81, of Closter died Thursday.
He had been a self-employed carpenter.

JEANETTE FROSCO LAWRENCE, 81, of Norwood died Saturday.
Before retiring 16 years ago, she was a clerical worker for Allyn and Bacon, Rockleigh, where she worked for 15 years.
She was a member of the James F. McGuire Senior Center, Northvale.

MICHAEL LUCIANO, 84, of Lodi died Friday.
Before retiring, he was a maintenance worker at Lodi High School.
He was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales R.C. Church, Lodi.
