PATSY MUNZO, 90, of Wayne, formerly of Paterson, died Friday.
Before retiring, he was a business agent for Local 1733 of the Textile Workers of America Union, Paterson, where he had been instrumental in the formation of the union and worked for 30 years.
He was a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church, Paterson, and a member of the Columbus Circle, Hawthorne.

TIMOTHY M. MURPHY, 60, of Hackensack died Friday.
He had been a professor of English at Bergen Community College, Paramus, and also taught English at Rockland County Junior High School.
He was a graduate of Springfield College and the City University of New York, and received his doctorate in English education from Fordham University.
He was vice president of the Cashel Society for the Advancement of Irish Culture, and was a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, the Northern Island Political Rights Activist Group, the Monsignor Burke Council of the Knights of Columbus, and the Hackensack Kayak Club.

GRACE G. HULL LINDER MURRAY of Spring Hill, Fla., formerly of North Arlington and Bloomfield, died Wednesday.

Before retiring in 1972, she was an executive secretary for Kraft Foods, Rutherford.
She was a Navy Wave veteran of World War II.
She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart R.C. Church, and was a member of the Woman's Club, both in Lyndhurst, the Rosary Society, the Friendship Club, and the Arts & Crafts Club.

Before retiring, she was a seamstress with the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union.

NICHOLAS S. SACCOMANNO, 86, of Garfield died Saturday.
Before retiring in 1997, he was a sign artist for 51 years, having owned City Signs Inc., Garfield, for 21 years.
He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Sorrows R.C. Church, Garfield, where he was a member of the choir.
He was a former member of the Paradise Athletic Club, Garfield.
He sang in "The Garfield Four" barbershop quartet and was a member and chorus singer with the Lodi, Paramus, and Ridgewood chapters of the Society for the Preservation & Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America.

He was a Navy veteran of World War II.

He was a member of the Packanack Community Church, Wayne, where he had served as a trustee.
