He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

Before retiring in 1981, she was an assistant dean of the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital School of Physicians and Surgeons, New York City, where she worked for 40 years.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Englewood, where she served as a deaconess.

Before retiring, she was the head chef for St. Michael's, Englewood Cliffs, where she worked for 20 years.

He had owned Harvey's Garage, Midland Park, for 21 years.
More recently, he owned Time Will Tell in Florida.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
He had been a member of the Dumont Chess Club.

Before retiring last year, he was director of security at Becton Dickinson and Co., Franklin Lakes, where he worked for 27 years.

He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II and was a member of American Legion Post 347, Clifton.
He also was a member of the Master Plumbers Association and the Masonic Lodge in Passaic.

JOHN T. VARCADIPANE, 67, of Whiting, Manchester Township, formerly of Hawthorne, died Thursday.
He had been an executive chef, known as Thomas A. De Rosa, for 35 years.
He was author of the book "How to Sell to a Chef" and was a missions coordinator for the Feeding the Homeless program in New Jersey.
